Santana: Hugging dolls are so much better then the real thing. My skin burns when I touch someone in comfort.
okay love the fight with finn/brody....santana---awesome....i agree santana was what this season had been missing. The whole Ryder with the internet chick thing. At first I thought it was Unique creating a fake profile because she knew Ryder would never go for her. Now I'm thinking this "katie" girl is going to be something out of Dateline.
agree fully....i was listening to it and was like wth?...love the first one...i love when lea does heartfelt songs e.i. Papa can you hear me, don't cry for me argentina (i know its a duo but i love her version better)second one...dear lord... they seem like episodes from the regular everyday singing in the classroom instead of regionals songs...well actually the second one is just kind of ridiculous in a tv music special kind of way and i don't think its glee...but i can TOTALLY see rachel with her "rachel smile" cheesing it to that song...
loved the "It tastes like pink" lines from rachel! Was pissed at Finn for his rudeness to her though but SOOOO glad she finally got a tad of a backbone about the comment he made about her being touchy feely...there is a way to be nice about someone being touchy like that instead of just being an ass and just calling her out...I loved that she got up and got a little pissed....it seemed like they were getting back to being at least friends at the beginning and then he ends up being mean... I totally believe Kurt was right...my mother and i discussed this...if I hadn't been straight and my mother knew it even though she was straight to help me understand sex (since sex doesn't necessarily mean male/female) she would have researched the mechanics (because when parents give the sex talk to kids they use technical terms or comfortable terms to describe stuff) and explained how everything went....ALSO Rachel...she has 2 gay dads....being that she doesn't have the equipment that they do...yes it would be awkward being they most likely hadn't done what they were explaining to her but they would know what the mechanics are for her preference of sex...i don't blame kurt at all in all honesty burt wasn't unreasonable in him asking kurt to clear it with him...most parents would be adverse to their child having a significant other (potential or actual) spend the night Burt was acting like a parent...
Kurt not reacting: I think the writers didn't write it in because they just didn't think about it. Obviously the Kurt and Dave thing is either not going to be an issue for a while. When Glee writers write in a foreshadow they do it at the end of the episode not the middle. They just aren't ready for the whole thing to be addressed yet. I'm sure there will be an event that will bring the whole thing with Dave together, but at this point in time they weren't thinking about how are we going to have this "battle" between Kurt and Dave. Bullying Issue: I live in a small town that most of the people over 35 think that being gay is wrong, but in my high school we had several openly gay guys and girls, they weren't bullied or ridiculed which isn't how it is everywhere i am aware, but there should be a line drawn somewhere. I fully support McKinley becoming a no tolerance school, and I agree that bullying has become a joke on the show. Honestly, the ND have been very hard on Rachel in the past, I really only think one episode she was truly annoying. But they were sometimes cruel and I think that needs to be addressed. I mean the least the Principal could do was send someone to this thing called DETENTION, or ISS or something. My high school wasn't a no tolerance school but if you shoved someone or even got up in someone's face there were repercussions. Several times the the glee kids/ football players have gotten into fist fights. You did that and 90% of schools would do something more than just separate the two people and say work it out with words. I think the writers need to take a look at maybe putting in a storyline that the bullying gets so bad the parents complain and the principal is forced to put in cameras, it could be funny, but something is done about it. Oh and 99% of school boards would fire a teacher like sue regardless of her National Titles, but what fun would that be for Glee... We have to remember that this is a TV show, and it isn't always how real life would go all the time.
loved it....sorry to say Tina....little over the top and kind of ridiculoussantana and lauren...awesomely epickudos to lauren for the comment about being the everyday girl still not a fan of luck but found their dynamic in this episode endearing...however it seemed that puck hurt lauren's feelings with the "fat bottom girls" she maybe be curvy but pointing it out that she is large still probably hurt heralready over quinn and finn...so done with itpredictable kurt and blaine twist...but loved that blaine admitted to being less than perfect...hopefully he will become better at romance with kurt *crosses fingers*last but not least PLEASE DO NOT PUT SANTANA AND SAM TOGETHER!! JUST SAY NO TO SAM-TANA no long looks, no sighs, and no flirting...sam is too nice to be with santana she would corrupt him...or screw him then throw him away....please no samtana
sorry one more thing...i find this really funny...was watching season 1 tonight again with my mom...in one of the first episodes Emma makes a comment about John Stamos (not his character on the show but the actor) to Schue...find it funny she is "married" to him now
love the idea of this episode!! super excited about lady antebellum...as a Texan most of us are forced to like country especially if you live where i live there is nothing but country radio stations or a classic rock one and they don't do enough country
Blaine adorable but have to agree with Sez about the whole 1 person/group thing...he does seem like a golden boy and Glee is about being different....being your own person...right now he is just a gay dude that can sing (no offense to anyone that would take that offensively i seriously mean it respectively)....honestly right now he isn't Glee worthy...he isn't an awesome loser he is a pretty, preppy, popular guy; if you remember back to season 1 like the 7th episode when Sue split up the group in minorities yes Quinn and some of the other Gleesters were popular but someone each had their own little difference that made them special...Blaine right now is seriously the writers saying hey...everyone else has/had someone...kurt hasn't lets write him in someone...he isn't special yet so he isn't Glee worthy till we find out if he is staying on Glee or jumping ship because lets face it why find out anything about him back story-wise unless he was staying....like him for now...just hope he can be elaborated on
Beth is Rachel's little sister sorry just read it back and realized it sounded like i said Idina's sister oops my bad lol
