I bet she will put Derek and Meredith through marriage counselling and seeing how they deal with that,just to get their relationship back on track. So that she knows that they are suitable parents, but also have the relationship with each other as man and wife.
I bet they are looking at Meredith and Cristina, Derek is shocked with Meredith holding Zola because he has no idea that she has her and Owen is stressed to see Cristina because she is bonding with Zola, which is frustrating to him because she is explicit on having an abortion.
They are looking at Owen and Derek as they are down the hall, that is what I presume because there is a photo of Derek and Owen looking down the exact way to where they are looking .
My theory behind the meredith and derek is that, if they dont have a baby they might have a young patient who is from an orphanage or something like that and they both get attached to that patient and in the end they adopt, that would be soo cute to see, that is my theory but it was a brilliant episode and cant wait to see the next ep.
WOW just had a brin wave it could be something to do with Aprils Diary and she could be writing weakness points on the doctors of something like that wierd though....
I think that it is Thatcher Grey who has the gun, because he has never really got on with anyone and he has done things to meredith e.g. Slap her in season 3 and maybe this time when derek says Mer No he could be pushing her out the way because she had come looking for him, when he told her not to and to stay in the room with christna and then christina follows mer and holds on to her when derek or richard gets shot, but they could be wearing body armour you never know....but really cant wait for finale :)
I have a suspician that it might be april that is the shooter because in the promo pics she is wearng the dark blue scrubs or owen cuz he looks surprised and fearful nd then he looks at mer and christina and then turns and shoots derek before killing himself. And when he looks to the comera like bailey that is when i think tht he is looking at mer and cris :0 but i dont know :( worried now nd my exams are coming up nd im focused more on this then revisin lol
I don't know if this is possible but do you think erica hahn might come back because then that would interfere with callie and arizona .... or Preston Burke but i dont think that they would hire him back because of what he did. I'm not sure
Shonda rhimes has posted on twitter that they have just finished filming a cocktail party on greys, i think something is going to happen like christina asking meredith to hav a shot of tequila nd meredith might be pregnant so she says no and then christina asks why and meredith doesnt telll her. This could be the friendship ending, or mer just wants it to be a surprise.

She comes down the stairs and is like omg wat the hell are you doing here, turns out that they met eachother in dartmount uni and then he stayed in boston nd she moved, they were sort of like a couple and der gets really confused that mer knows so much about him whilst he doesnt know about this guy. Mer might be pregnant as welll which would be like omg

I think that Meredith and Derek should have a baby and it would be cute because there is loads of them living in the house, like uncle alex and auntie lexie that would be very funny. But with derek being the chief wouldnt they struggle because of their jobs?
It might be a baby because how are they goin to cover it up wen the bump gets bigger and bigger. That will be difficult the obvious scenario is that its a baby
