  1. The Vampire Diaries Review: To Sire, With Love

After Stefan's douchebaggery last week, this week he was kind of cool most of the time. There were few hiccups, like with all that "selfless" talk. It was totally awesome when Damon called him out on doing this for selfish reasons, to restore Elena's "Team Stefan" settings (the best line of the night). And btw, I dare say that for many months now Damon has been the most selfless person in the mix.

Here's my problem with Stefan - for me his whole epic-my-ass puppy love with Elena comes down to the fact that he sees her as the opposite of Kathrine. He thinks the severely depressed "Team Everyone" Elena is the real Elena, so when she does something FOR HERSELF, he freaks out. And I am serious, his "I-need-to-be-with-Elena-or-the-world-will-end" attitude needs to stop.
  2. The Vampire Diaries Review: To Sire, With Love

Elena should have known something will go terribly wrong when Damon said two things: that he's happy and that they should have one secret selfish day to themselves. Because a) Damon has never been happy in his life and b) when all you want is one day, you can bet it's gonna get ruined.

I was so prepared for a major depression after this episode that I was surprised it turned out to be not so bad. Mostly due to what the (of course as always) black witch said about vampires being sired only if they had real human feelings before the transition. The look on Stefan's face when she said it - priceless. Sorry to burst your bubble, Stef.

Special shoutout to Tyler for cheering Elena up with the whole acting vs feeling thing. Way to go, Ty.
  3. Gossip Girl Round Table: "It's Really Complicated"

Final chapter - I'm really hoping for something that will make me like him again...

Is Chuck about to make a huge mistake - I'm with Christina and Leigh. Chuck will pull a Victoria and take down Bart using this series of freak accidents.
  4. Gossip Girl Round Table: "It's Really Complicated"

Favourite quote/scene - Nate punching Dan. How awesome was that?

It wasn't the best Thanksgiving episode in "GG" history, but it was definitely my favourite episode this season so far.

Biggest surprise - Bart being Dan's role model. I mean... what the actual f***? From Rufus to Bart, that's the new definition of EXTREME.

Team Dan or Team NJBC? NJBC all the way, always, until the day I die. Honestly, I don't get it. Dan wants payback because they've always made him feel like an outsider and looked down at him? Guess what, Dan. You ARE an outsider. Don't be naïve and delusional, in the real world people are not equal. And just FYI, it doesn't matter if you're from UES or Brooklyn if you're a dick.
  5. The Vampire Diaries Sneak Peek: The Morning After

Honestly, I can't remember the last time Elena looked so... glowing. Yeah, I would love me some Damon love too :)

Australian promo broke my heart. In a good way. Delena is just painful to watch sometimes, they are so awesome.

Personally, I have nothing against Stefan, I like the guy. But Stelena just bores me to death, I can't help it. If that's an "epic love", I never want to experience it. No offence, Caroline Forbes, but... EPIC. MY. ASS.
  6. Sons of Anarchy Review: It All Comes Around

Dear Lord, this season was so damn DEPRESSING... Jax keeps going down the dark road and my heart just keeps breaking. I'm not even sure how I feel right now.

The one thing I am sure of - Tig is freaking awesome! When he started crying after Jax saved him, I swear I cried too. That was definitely my favourite scene. Thanks for keeping him alive!
  7. Dexter Review: Driving Solo

Definitely not my favourite episode this season. Hannah freaking out about her dad was pretty well done, but from the moment he showed up it was obvious to me that Dex will end up killing the guy. And like some other people here, I can't help but think that maybe this was what Hannah wanted from the start. She seemed way too helpless, I'm not sure if I buy it.

I feel a little disappointed about the whole Fantom thing. Last week I thought this new storyline was interesting and now it turns out it was just a way for Dexter to realize he's responsible for his killings... Yeah, what a breakthrough...
  8. The Vampire Diaries Round Table: "My Brother's Keeper"

What would you hope to accomplish as Miss Mystic Falls? Survive the next year.
  9. The Vampire Diaries Round Table: "My Brother's Keeper"

Favourite scene - apart from the obvious one (Delena is HOOOOOT), I really liked the dream scene, when Jeremy choked Elena with her necklace. Evil Jeremy is so creepy.

More likely to hook up - I'm totally with Leigh. Tyler is on his way to being angry at Caroline enough to have some naked action with Hayley.

Delena sex scene - even with Caroline and Stefan's annoying interruption, that was SO DAMN HOT! Sire bond stuff is obviously making me angry, because now everyone will have doubts about how much of Delena's hotness is real. But the thing is: since when sire bond has anything to do with falling in love? It doesn't work like that with Klaus and his hybrids. They don't even like him, all they have to do is follow direct orders, right? It's not like Damon told Elena to sleep with him, she was perfectly able to do that on her own.

Professor Shane's endgame - he obviously wants the map. Other than that, guessing is probably pointless.

What would you hope to accomplish as Miss Mystic Falls? Survive the next year.
  10. Arrow Review: Hiding In Plain Sight

Oh yeah, hello Helena. Nice introduction, that was awesome. I like her a lot and her chemistry with Oliver is really working for me. Probably because I really believed both of them when they said that being honest with someone felt good.

I like Tommy even more after the last two episodes. Diggle is still the man. Thea can be really sweet and a little annoying sometimes, but I like the fact that she has her own opinions and she's not just a filler of space.
  11. The Vampire Diaries Review: Yes, Sire

WHY? Why do the writers hate Damon so much? Why can't they give him a real shot? He stayed in this cursed town to protect Elena, Stefan and everyone they care about, even though technically at the beginning of the Original storyline this whole thing WASN'T HIS PROBLEM. He could have left and lead a blissful life somewhere far away. And now, when he finally gets the girl, it's not real. And he has to live with the fact that he unconsciously made her do something she might not have done if it wasn't for some stupid supernatural freaky thing.

It's just another way to keep the triangle going and I HATE IT.
  12. The Vampire Diaries Review: Yes, Sire

Honestly, I can't believe this is happening. The scene every Delena fan in the world has been waiting for was brilliantly RUINED. Just when I thought the writers were doing a good job with Elena and Stefan struggling to accept the new reality, they screw me over royally with the most annoying twist EVER.

One more thing - Caroline finally made me angry at her. I don't have a problem with the fact that she's on Stefan's side. He's her friend and I love her for that. And she has every right to hate Damon, I don't blame her, he's far from a saint. But how can the girl who loves Tyler (even though he was such an ass in the past), is friends with Stefan (even though he proved he can be just as big of a monster as Damon), forgave Alaric for killing her dad and somehow manages to be nice to the biggest evil monster in the world - how can Caroline of all people not give Damon some credit for all the good he's done?
  13. Gossip Girl Round Table: "Save the Last Chance"

Favourite quote - Chuck's comment on Bart misplacing his viagra.

More disturbing - Ivy and William. It was sick enough with Rufus, but this is a whole new level for me. When I saw her kissing William, I was like... Ok, I have to go vomit now.

Evidence on Bart - I agree with Christina. Bart is going down, one way or the other. I just wish it could happen already, because this entire situation is pissing me off.

No G and Spence clan - thumbs up.

Chair thing - oh, come on! Enough with this bullsh!t already!
  14. Dexter Review: Lessons in Love

I just have to say that Deb is absolutely awesome lately. Hannah may be sweet and all, but she can't hold a candle to Deb.

I get it that Hannah accepts every part of Dexter and it's great, really. Good for him. But I don't think Hannah understands him fully. She kills people who are inconvenient to her and not because she HAS to kill. At least that's what I gathered from what we've been told about her. How can he think she's some one of a kind miracle just because she doesn't condemn him? Lumen didn't have a problem with him, in fact she was even better, because she actually felt the same way he does.

R.I.P. Isaak... I really didn't want him to die yet... He was so awesome :(

The stuff with Quinn is getting boring. As for LaGuerta - I agree with Zxeo. What the hell is with her playing super cop all of a sudden?

The new thing with burned victims looks kind of cool though :)
  15. Castle Round Table: "After Hours"

Favourite scene - Beckett running to hug Castle with her hands still tied up. So cute :)

Who started the fight? I feel like there is no right answer to that question ;)

Most surprising moment - Leo all the way. Man, I did not expect that.

Are Rick and Kate too different to last? Are you kidding? They are PERFECT together.

Favourite line - Ryan: "Catholic school is like combat. If you haven't been there, then you don't know". Esposito: "I have been there... in combat" LOL :D
  16. Gossip Girl Round Table: "Where the Vile Things Are"

Favourite scene - last scene with Blair and Eleanor. That's the Blair we all want and love.

Blair's new line - it will be a hit. Everyone wanted to be Queen B.

Did I miss G? Not at all. I didn't even notice she was gone, that's how much I care about her.

Derena is back on - I'm fine with either way this ends, because I don't really care. But in my opinion, it came totally out of nowhere, given all the issues they have with each other. Also given how Dan is acting lately and how Serena was sooooo in love with Steven just five seconds ago. Doesn't seem real to me at all, sorry.

Favorite Ivy insult - vile little interloper.

Ivy's mysterious phone call - I'm with Courtney and Leigh, I would love to see William again.
  17. TV Fanatic Staff Round Table: Giving Thanks

    I'm thankful for...
...TV Fanatic's staff (you guys are the most awesome people in the world)
...Jesse Pinkman and his magnets (yeah, bitch)
...Castle and Beckett (the best TV couple since Naley)
...guest stars on "Dexter" (they always know how to pick them)
...Nolan Ross' one-liners (because I just started watching "Revenge")
...and of course, most importantly, Damon Salvatore in general (because I love him)

    Happy Thanksgiving from Poland!
  18. Dexter Review: Coming Home

Ray Stevenson totally rocks my world right now. The guy is amazing!

Between Dexter confronting Isaak and Deb confronting Dexter, I thought the episode was superb.

Hannah seems sweet and I totally get the connection between her and Dex, but I have a hard time trusting her. Somehow I'm still waiting for new secret to be revealed. Plus, I don't really see how this would work on the long run. Does Dex really think Hannah could be part of his family? Play mom for Harrison and sit with Deb at the same table during Thanksgiving dinner? Awkward... It's so not like him to not think about the consequences, I don't like it.
  19. The Vampire Diaries Round Table: Making His Mark

Professor Shane on the evil scale - it's hard to tell at this point, but that Silas stuff creeps me out, so I'll give him a solid 7.
  20. The Vampire Diaries Round Table: Making His Mark

Favourite scene - Damon and Elena talking in her room, holding hands. I knew from the start that he will have his brother's back and tell Elena about the cure. I love him so much. Plus, all the references to Alaric were beautiful and heartbreaking.

More surprising - I wouldn't call those things surprising. I would call them AWESOME.

Will you miss Chris? Oh, come on. The guy we've met 5 seconds ago? I feel bad for Tyler and Hayley, but that's it.

Elena splitting with Stefan - I really like what the writers did here, the break-up feels natural after she turned. She's different now and sometimes it's not possible to hold on to the past. Life goes on, things happen, people change. Something that was right once may not be right anymore. I'm just hoping Delena will get a real chance now.

Who should Stefan date next? As long as he moves on quickly, so we don't have to watch him pine and whine, I'm good with anyone he chooses.
  21. Castle Review: Behind the Murder

Not my favourite episode, not even remotely close to my favourites. Still fun to watch though. I loved how Beckett was annoyed all the time, she's perfect.

Basically everything with Esposito and Ryan was awesome, I love those guys.
  22. The Vampire Diaries Round Table: "The Killer"

Favourite scene - the conversation between Damon and Stefan at the end. Especially the part when Damon told his little brother he's doing it for him and not Elena. THAT is what this show is about.

The return of the journals - I don't have anything against them, but writing down that I'm a vampire and that I just killed someone? Super smart move.

Should Stefan tell Elena about the cure? Well, not telling her worked out great so far...

Cooler cliffhanger - Jeremy's tattoo. After it spreads, it will look awesome on shirtless Jeremy.

Tyler's story - yes, I might buy it, but hiding Hayley's existence from Caroline wasn't very cool.

What do you remember best about your first kill? How easy it is to stick a knife in someone's body.
  23. Arrow Review: The Mission Comes First

I knew that Oliver would never be so stupid to just let himself get caught on camera like that. Pretty risky plan though.

I feel like things between Oliver and Laurel are being handled very well. The scene when she asked him to show her the scars was really great. Aside from obvious feelings she has for the guy, she's also acting like a mature grown-up, unlike her jerk of a father. Man, that guy is so annoying.

    Diggle is still pure awesomeness.
  24. Castle Round Table: "Final Frontier"

Favourite scene - "Oh my God! Alexis?!" LOL. Castle's reaction to his daughter was freaking hilarious :D

Perlmutter vs Parish - I love Lanie, but Perlmutter totally makes my day every time he shows up.

Favourite sci-fi movie - original "Star Wars", no contest. I've watched them like a trillion times.

Best sci-fi shout out in this episode - "Firefly" references were awesome. Nathan kicked ass in that series.

Sci-fi couple costumes for Castle and Beckett - Han Solo and Leia, obviously.
  25. Gossip Girl Round Table: "Portrait of a Lady Alexander"

Favourite quote - Chuck: "Is that a lot of money?", Blair: "For normal people, yes", Chuck: "I mean for a horse" :)

    Favourite scene/storyline - none really.

Would you hire Georgina as your agent? For what? I can be a bitch on my own, I don't need her for anything.

Bart's secret - I do not care. Kill this guy, send him to prison, shoot him into space, I really don't give a shit, but just FINISH THIS STUPID STORYLINE ALREADY.

Will the Derena sex tape see the light of day? Oh, definitely. Honestly, after S was stupid enough to leave her bag with G, she deserves it.

Least interesting character - at this point Ivy. What is up with Rufus? Is he on drugs or something?

Biggest surprise - Scott getting a mention. That was so random.
