1. Jenny explaining the plot of Twilight to Lily. Totally caught me off guard!
2. I didn't really enjoy it before, by Georgina was just so captivating when she interfered!
3. Lily. Like people have said before, HYPOCRITE!
4. Serena. She just....I couldn't believe that she seemed to stay naive throughout the whole thing.
5. I'm sure he expects it. He's supposed to help Blair be happy in the next ep, which truthfully I'm looking forward to in contrast to the heartbreaking scene this week.
BONUS: I'm looking foward to seeing Brittany Snow. Love her!
Nate was SUCH a douche in this episode. I mean seriously??? Coming to Chuck when you KNOW he's in love with Blair (unless Nate has had brain damage or something and doesn't know :K) and then not even having the respect to TELL HIM that your going back to her??? Ugh please I hope we get some CB conversing next week.
KellyAnn, this is not totally true. Remember There Might be Blood? Chuck had Gossip Girl post a fake report to help B get Yale. That was certainly sweet.
I agree with you guys :) I am a Chair fan (as visible by the episode posted above) but I respect the writers wanting to bring Nair together for the character development. And my friend is going to kill me for saying this, but *whisper* I thought it was cute how Nair's kiss was next to the geese eating bread, or whatever bird they were :P
Chuck and Blair are two characters whose love is completely unique. Take one upper east side bad boy, and one upper east side virgin queen. Have the two fall in love, and what do you get? Tears, anger, and some of the most beautiful scenes and moments to date. They started out as something that seemed completely normal- Chuck Bass having a new obsession. But from the moment Chuck admitted to liking her and butterflies roaming around in his stomach a new connection was made that is completely eloquent. There is a learning process to their love. Chuck realizing that sometimes you have to take the risk of being tied down, Blair realizing that sometimes, love comes in a hard-to-open package. They’ve certainly done their share of heartbreaking things, but they’ve also had their moment where one or the other goes out of the way to show how much they care. In There Might be Blood, Chuck could’ve walked away at any point, but he knew how much Yale meant to Blair and even convinced Gossip Girl to post a fake report. After the devastating death of Bart Bass, Blair continued to care for chuck in almost a motherly manor, despite his cryptic attitude or mean comments. That was also a learning experience for Chuck, after Blair walked away from him. They both are playing a seemingly endless game of cat and mouse for a desire that they seem in denial of. Did you see how the looked at each other in It’s a Wonderful Lie? If they could only admit the love for the other that has grown in their hearts.
Opposites attract, but when two people so similar come together, it’s magic. Something that out dear Penn Badgley said to describe Derena would also fit here. Chuck and Blair are two of those people who keep finding time together when they necessarily don’t need to. Overall, Chair’s amazing duet of sexual tango is something that could never be mastered by anyone else. They keep viewers’ eyes glued to them from the second they walk on screen (this is not entirely due to the amazing characters, but also because Ed and Leighton seem to be so aware of their chemistry). These are the reasons that I believe make Chuck and Blair’s relationship so mesmerizing. The yearn of just seeing them interact is what has brought me back to the show these past few weeks.
