    Carissa you bring up a good point about two people being convicted of the same crime. Can it happen? I really do not think so but I'm no law expert....

    I, too, am tired of the crying about Carey not being used. They don't have the right story for him to be used properly and yes, they screwed up with the beat down story. The bigger issue is this show being on Sunday nights and getting preempted every freaking week for stupid football....rumors are running rampant that this show is facing cancellation......and CBS has no one to blame but their greedy selves.

    I, too, am left wondering if Kalinda did kill Nick.....

    Jackie searching on the computer about condoms?.......ewwwww, funny, but ewwwww.

    What's the investigation into Eli going to cause Peter?????

    No I'm not liking Laura either but I think it's inevitable that she will have a fling with Will.......

    I wasn't surprised Gyp met his demise.....I'd predicted that all along....and yes, he has been this seasons MVP....with Buscemi being a close second......

    I was really hoping Richard would have killed Gillian or at least had a confrontation with her......

    Of course Margaret will head back to Atlantic City, Nucky stated the truth when he said she was spoiled........

    So this finale has left us wondering WHAT is going to happen next...... can't wait to hear some spoilers before it comes back next fall.......

    WOW.....just wow......

    Feb. 10 can't come fast enough......I'm excited too because Talking Dead is going to an hour! I like getting those behind the scenes looks they do.

    I somehow don't think Andrea will be swayed by what she has seen....ugh

    The reason Shane had a beard is because he was filming a movie and was under contract to not shave it off.(was revealed on Talking Dead last night) I guess that was supposed to be a sign of Rick slipping even more further into madness....

    I think Merle will die but not before saving Daryl. He has nothing else to bring to the dynamic of the show other than a confrontation with Rick.

    Can't wait for a confrontation with the governor and Rick.....

    Cece should have went home ......hands down........

    I was shocked that Paige was voted out. But, and I think Simon or LA might have mentioned this, she focused too much on wardrobe and makeup and production rather than song choice and sounding good doing the song.....I also did not care for her attitude when she found out she was voted off....saying "I've got bigger and better things to do" ......

    I never said Carly wasn't talented. At 13 She's just TOO YOUNG to handle the pressure of today's music world.......Last week Simon, for lack of a better arguement, told Beatrice the same thing. So I question why he chose to allow kids so young to be on the show in the first place.

    I also said in earlier weeks that THE VOICE has been 100 times better than XFACTOR......my love of music is why I watch both.

    I think Juliette is starting to realize the error of her ways......how long that lasts remains to be seen......

    I'm glad Scarlett has come to her senses about Avery. I don't necessarily think she should go running to Gunnar but I think that is what will happen.

    From the previews Rayna didn't seem too upset by the news of Teddy's photos....I think it's been obvious from the first show that Teddy and Rayna's marriage is one of convenience more than anything else......I kinda believe Peggy will go running to the press because Teddy is backing away from her.....

    Next week is the winter finale.....when will they be back? Jan.? March?

    I felt this was a boring episode this week.....a filler one perhaps. Too bad we got to wait another 7 episodes before finding out who this photographer is........this and the woman Reid talked to on the phone for help with a case (will she be back?) is what I'm finding intriguing this season....

    Anybody got any thoughts on who the photographer is?

    Some of these numbers CONTINUE to be dramatically OVERPRODUCED. I think Cece and Vino will go home.

    Simon was RIGHT in telling Cece to pack her suitcase. I don't believe Christina herself could walk out on that stage and give Cece a glowing review of THAT performance......I am still disappointed that there hasn't been any REAL DRAMA between Paige and Cece like they focused on in the audition episodes....

    I'm surprised Simon's groups have advanced as far as they have.....E3 of course has the teen girl vote locked down and I'm sure that's helping.

    Even though we're about to be down to 6 I still can't pick a winner yet....

    As "soulful" as Nicholas is, I don't see him winning this. He don't have "star" power. And what the hell was that hair do last night?!?!?! Dude SERIOUSLY needs a makeover.....
    I also do not see Trevin winning it. He struggles on anything but power ballads......

    Christina surprised me last night with her praise of the final 8 after week upon week of making each performance about her. I'm kinda glad she won't be on next cycle. To that, I my thoughts are Adam and Blake will follow suit and won't be on next fall cycle.

    I like Terry a lot but depending on song choice he may be in danger next week.....My thinking is Terry or Trevin could go next week.

    I don't watch this show but I do think this is one VERY UNGRATEFUL person. He claims he doesn't want to be on it anymore......well, get the hell out!!!! Who needs you?!?! You've made your millions off this show(and still will because it's in syndication) and now you want to bite the hand that feeds you..... I, too, hope they fire his ass, he'd deserve it. Nobody gives a rat's ass about your new found religious beliefs...........

    I disagree with the reviewer.......I think Trevin and Cody will be the bottom 2......Trevin will not win this thing. That's not to say he can't sing but his performance last night was not that great. It seemed forced and uncomfortable.....and he seemed once again to be a bundle of nerves....He's also got to get outside the power ballad box.........he's having a hard time doing that.

    I think Amanda did an awesome job with a song that has been done to death in these competitions..........

    Nicholas David is soulful indeed but I still say the dude needs a makeover......

    Dev has the teen girl vote so he'll be fine at least one more week...I don't see him winning.....

    I'm still on the fence about Melanie....to me she seems a bundle of nerves as well.

    I also think Cassadee and Terry will be fine this week....

    While the death of Tony Scott may have indeed played some part in the direction this show is now going, I think the bigger picture is CBS and their DUMB MOVE of putting it on Sunday nights where it is constantly preempted by stupid football!!!!!!!!!!!

    I, too, also so NO NEED in Carey taking a beating or for this arc to carry out over several episodes. Anybody that has kept up with this show at all KNOWS Carey WILL HAVE his revenge..............

    I, too, am tired of Peter and Alicia's "will they or won't they" relationship being drug out .......either put them together or not already. I don't want Alicia with Will. That was fun while it lasted but Will unfortunately is not relationship material........not sure he ever would be........

    Excellent episode.....Buscemi was marvelous........can't wait till the finale....Chalky back was great...Capone joining Nucky was great.....Can't wait for Richard to kill Jillian...and for Gyp to die.......
