I've been dreading this storyline for Charlotte and Cooper since the spoilers first came out and I got more annoyed about it when Mason was introduced. No offense but the kid is annoying. I get why Cooper's excited but Charlotte's right that he was being an idiot. I'm not sure though if Charlotte really did the paternity test because in previous interviews with Paul, he mentions how the actual blood testing is stretched a bit. I hope she didn't actually do it and that this kid isn't really Cooper's. Also, that scene when Cooper screamed at Charlotte made me want to punch him in the face. Totally for Charlotte and Cooper but I'll always be on Team Charlotte.
Another character brought in to mess things up for Alex and possibly Calzona. The news of a lover for Mark is worse for me but I'm just so sick of all these additional recurring characters. I don't see their point anymore.
So frustrated that they ruined Max and Naomi like that. Just when you thought that Naomi's character has grown in that department, she falls into the temptations of Austin. You can really tell how much she loves Max and I don't get why that had to be ruined. Naomi and Austin won't even come close to what Naomi was with Max. They just destroyed a really good couple.
Not looking forward to this addition at all. I want Mark and Lexie back together! Only hope for this is that his relationship with this girl makes him realize that he's really meant to be with Lexie. And during this time, Lexie will realize the same thing.
Felt like this episode just didn't do it for me because Janet turned out to be great. I think all the "Sweet Mother of God"s and spitting should've lead to something more than that. So for me, the reveal just killed the episode. I agree it had its good moments though but over-all this one just didn't deliver as well as the earlier episodes of the season.
Amusing set of pictures to see. Always refreshing to see these doctors outside the walls of SGH-MW!
Addison-wise this has been a good first set of episodes because the growth of this character is really being shown. I think it's good that she's on track with her plans to have a baby and all that but she can't expect things to be good with Sam as her plans are fulfilled. It's a very complicated situation and I can't help but stir towards Team Jake as well. He's a good guy and we really saw that during his conversation with Nina.
As for Charlotte and Cooper, give these two a break! They've gone through so much since being together and have surpassed the most realistically portrayed trauma on the show. Isn't that enough for them? My hopes for this season were that they'd be seen as a normal married couple navigating their way through their marriage. A lovechild from Cooper's past was not how I imagined this season at all. Even though I've known about this upcoming storyline for a while, it still sucked to see it happen. These two deserve some sense of normalcy in their relationship. I'm just hoping that when the DNA testing is finally done, they'll find out that he isn't really his son and that Erica's had ulterior motives all this time. I don't want Erica and Mason to become a part of Charlotte and Cooper's relationship. After this bump, I swear, these two better find some long term happiness.
From Cooper's POV, you get why he doesn't want to do a paternity test because the idea of his own child is something he doesn't want to ruin. I hate this storyline because I'm all for Charlotte and Cooper's happiness. Now that this storyline's being introduced, I'm just hoping that they go for a few episodes without him getting a paternity test only to find out later on that he isn't really his son. I don't want this kid and his mom to become a permanent fixture in Charlotte and Cooper's relationship.
I'm sad to see how much Cooper's stunt in the last episode affected Charlotte. It's completely understandable but I just want to see the two of them happy.
This was a really good episode! I like how more supernatural elements are coming into play with the series and that the Circle is starting to realize how dangerous this new world is. The Cassie-Adam-Diana triangle is relatively different from other triangles we've seen before. I think it's really interesting how Cassie's the one pulling away and Diana's the one who keeps pushing. Adam on the other hand seems to be loyal to Diana but can't resist making sure Cassie's okay. There are a lot of dynamics here that are interesting to see and there's a lot to look forward to. I'm looking forward to these people finding out more about what happened that night and being able to manipulate their powers. It'll be really interesting to see how they deal with Melissa getting possessed as well.
