I figured it out in the early part of the episode when the one night stand with Malcolm was announced. I can't say I remember anything about the affair before this episode; if there was I forgot it, but when I heard about it in this episode and how it would wreck the family, I said "I'll bet Thea is Malcolm's daughter" - now that's got to suck for her all the way around and the fact the her father is still alive is another problem.
I'm not a fan of shows where the bad guys keep reanimating and coming back for seconds, thirds, fourths and fifth go arounds.
Laurel should have recused herself because of a conflict of interest. She's too close to the family.
Malcolm reappearance was a surprise.
It wasn't long ago at Comic Con that the cast was talking about their characters and the future of the show. Carter (Taraji P. Henson) was one of my most favorite characters on the show. What happens to her son now?
Very sad, I like the fact that the show is true to it's nature as being dangerous. That was the big draw for me with the show 24. Other than Jack Bauer, you never knew who was going to get knocked off that show.
POI will certainly be a different show without Carter. RIP Det. Carter thank you for the fantastic performance.
Wow, the containment apparatus for the Headless Horseman is such a joke.
What production idiot designed this? LOL!!!!
We have this really robust metallic vest that is plausible - it has a strong hinge mechanism in the front; big bolts holding it together in the back - looks very sturdy.
Then, we have these really massive chains with very thick links with very sturdy attachments to the building's infrastructure.
Then we have the massive FAIL!
Look at loops that the chains are attached to on the wrist and leg bands and on the vest. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. It doesn't matter how thick the chain is, if it's attached to a loop on the vest that's as thin as spaghetti.
This is the first time that I have a serious complaint with this show. I've seen in real life what bullets do when they hit cars; specifically windows.
It's not squibs and sparkles. Glass (windshields, windows, headlights, tail lights, etc.) shatters. With the hailstorm of bullets fired by McGarrett and Grover at various times at cars on t his episode, the cars should have had shattered windows. We even see bullets striking the windshield. Either shatter the glass or write something believable. Other than that, I liked the episode.
Congrats to White Collar for having one of the worst lead in Music Themes. I have to scramble to hit the mute button.
Maybe it's me, but I like the way shows such as: Covert Affairs changed from their cheesy music to just showing the title or how Revenge or OUAT does their lead in - quick and painless and to the point.
But this is what makes the world go around. I'm sure that someone really likes that opening music.
Other than that, I like the storyline of the show and this episode was pretty good!
I hate story lines with bad guys that just keep on dragging on and on and on and on and on! Henry just kills indiscriminately leaving a wake of carnage in his path. Why do the 'good' guys have to always bring them in to our corrupt Justice System. Just shoot the bastard with a sniper rifle and be done with him.
It's was great episode. The show is remarkable in one respect ... it does show how much our educational system has deteriorated over the years.
Have you ever read George Washington's Farewell address? Get out your dictionaries folks.
Anyway, the writers clearly flunked SCIENCE in every respect when it came to reading about Ultra Violet light. The special effects at the end could have portrayed that whole scene (that looked more like industrial flood lights) in a much more cool manner.
I hope the show stays alive.
I hope they don't kill it before it gets a following.
I like OAUT a little better than the new one with Alice. I still like Revenge and this, folks is why they are failing. Show that I can't stand like the Kardashians last 8 or more seasons. Shows I really like either don't make it past the first few episodes or the first season.
