Gee, a DHS agent crossing the line - say it ain't so!
Well, actually that's about the same as saying a TSA Agent has crossed the line and is is fondling too many children. We know that's true!
Great episode. Good to see Hightower again.
Now I wonder who is Red John. Is this the last season of the Mentalist? I ask because if they do catch Red John... what then. Will the story titles still have Red in them?
Good to see Robert Knepper resurface in something new. James Spader continues to be most impressive along with the rest of the cast.
Great writing on this show. If "The Following" had had writing 1/2 as good as this it would have been a much better show.
I love the character development and how it never is the 'same' feel like so many other shows. I like that they mix it up and keeps us off guard.
I like Shaw (Sarah Shahi), Bear(the doggy), Root (Amy Acker) and of course the rest of the regular cast members.
I think that the show is going to go in new and interesting directions. While I like the previous two seasons for the story line and format, it would get old after awhile. I think that the new dynamic of Shaw and Root will add some complexity to the show overall - and that could be a good thing.
I liked this episode. Lots of back story, lots of action, lots of surprises.
I counted 13 red lasers pointed at our Hero in the final scene, this should be interesting ... very interesting.
I wonder how he's going to wrangle out of that one :)
I'm super glad that Sarah Shahi and Amy Acker are getting beefier roles. I've been a big fan of Sarah Shahi since Life. I'm glad that both she and Damian Lewis (homeland) found new homes to breathe life into new characters.
I think that Amy Acker is cast perfectly in this show as well.
I like it when there are strong female lead characters that "kick ass" so to speak. It's the reason I liked Alias and new shows like Agents of the S.H.I.E.L.D. (did I get that right?) anyway.
If this show gets too much better my head might explode.
As far as BATB goes, the new storyline is ok at least it is new and different. Nice to see Vincent without all of the gashes in his face.
That being said, the television audience can be fickle. If the show doesn't get any traction beyond 900,000 viewers (really? thats all?) then its going to be doomed in a hurry. The network will pull the plug early and run reruns of something else.
I hope that doesn't happen.
I stopped watching HOD mid second season. Way to sappy for me. I like Rachel Bilson and most of the rest of the cast. I wish that they all could be transplanted to a different show entirely. Something edgy with the same caliber of writing that The Blacklist has.
For some reason, even though I like most of the cast, Hostages is just not floating my boat. Two episodes and I'm out. Goofy premise, goofy execution, goofy story.
The Doctor holds all of the cards but the writers have made her too much of a stupid pushover to realize this. Plus they're all living their normal lives. There can't be THAT many people in on this Presidential Assassination that the the family members can't get away by any number of logical and easy to think of methods.
Finally, Grace and Rigsby are married!!
Now we can move on and catch Red John.
I think that its remotely possible that its NOT someone on that list. If it is who do you think Red John is?
Looks like Conrad will be able to back peddle the confession. With the death of Father Paul, Conrad doesn't really have that much incentive anymore, he can go back to being the sleaze he really is.
As another commenter here suggested, Conrad might find out that his diagnosis is not correct which will definitely put a clamp on a Confessional I think.
I didn't know (cause I don't follow any of that crap) that Emily VanCamp and Josh Bowman are dating in real life.
And why am I the ONLY one that likes / believes / has a soft spot for childhood romance? I loved that Jack and Amanda were little soul mates and when the show started he had a sail boat named after her.
I know that everybody else hates that relationship but that's the one I was hoping would succeed. OK, I'm crazy.
Hey! Am I the only one that thinks Ichabod's clothes are GREAT! I wish I had some outfits like that. That's pure class!
I really like this show and I am surprised because from the initial trailers I thought is was going to be pretty bad!
