@Martinelli.....I'm sorry, McGarrett is spelled with 2 t's at the end. My mistake. I don't know if you can correct it, I'm sure someone will point it out. They know who it is. Thanks again for doing it.
@Martinelli....Thanks, I voted. I struggled because its hard to vote for one. You should get a lot more votes after the weekend. It will be interesting to see how people think, I can't imagine that it would not be someone on that list.
@Martinelli.....Maybe Sang Min, he keeps popping up, and he tried to kill Wofat.
@Jschoi......Hiro is good. The kid playing young McGarret is not that well known, and we aren't able to find anything on him as yet. Like Martinelli says after this, he will be famous. I'm sure he is in his teens, some people do look younger, but I can't imagine him being an adult.
@ Martinelli.....Since Jim G. brought up the fact that it could be Mrs. McG, I have kind of thought that and still do. But, I would not mind if it was Kensi's father. I think that's a great twist that would not be expected.
I could not google the teenage actor who plays young Steve. I did see a picture of him on the AOL rocks fan site. The first one looked nothing like him, but a second picture showed him with his hair darkened and cut a little shorter. That was better.

@ Martinelli....That could be possible, since Joe is supposedly close to Kensi also, and he helped save her in Jakarta, when he was not suppose to know she was there. Maybe he is protecting her from this also, and her father is somehow connected to the Senior McG. Hopefully we get some answers in 2.14.
@Kelly.....yes, you would think that a mother would not be able to stay away from her children for 20 yrs, but the Senior McG's mindset was that it was all to protect his family. Since this has gone on since the mother was supposedly killed in 1992, it does not seem that his strategy has worked. I could understand when they were children, but then why keep Steve from all this after he became a Navy Seal. Certainly he could trust him. This is why its TV, even if it is not so logical, its entertaining.
@Jeffrey....doing well. I can't wait either, I'm really curious who Shelburne is. Its getting late so won't get back on till tomorrow.
@Rachel....it's been a little long for me with the Shelburne bit. Although, Shelburne is not the end of the story. Jim G had said a couple of episodes ago that he thought it was Mrs. McG, I did not think of that at the time, but would not mind that. I would like to see one of Steve's parents alive.
All the speculation we have had with the crossover of NCIS LA is because of whats happening on that show. I'm hoping that if its not Kensi's father, then her father has some sort of connection with the McG family for a crossover. For those who don't watch NCIS LA its probably not their choice, but the characters would be a really good mix from both shows, nothing permanent, just for an episode or two. If it is you have to admit they kept it pretty quiet, and we have had fun guessing, so give them all credit.
@jschoi....Sorry, life of a student. It won't be forever, hang in there.
@Martinelli....It would be nice to see both teams, but you're right it won't happen. I do think that at least a couple of them could go to Hawaii and work with the 5-0 team. They did it with NCIS and NCIS LA. I'm pretty sure the actors won't mind going to Hawaii. All speculation, but fun.
@Jeffrey....you are right, that is the usual, but I'm hoping jschoi is right, although until I actually see it happen, I think Lori is here to stay.
@jschoi.....that's what DVR's and VCR's are for, most of the shows I watch are taped, only a few like H50, I watch live.
@Jim....It's kind of hard to see only one episode and get the sense of what's been happening, NCIS LA has mentioned Kensi's Hawaii trips on about 3 different episodes so far, but this is the first one that they have said she was looking for her father in Hawaii. Hence all the speculation. I hope it happens, you are right it would be an awesome twist to see some connection whether Shelburne is Kensi's father or there is another connection somehow.
@jschoi.....CBS does college basketball's March Madness which is a tournament that takes a couple of weeks during March, and all the shows are pre-empted or go into reruns. I read that Taryn Manning, who plays Mary, said she was filming 2.19 in February, but did not say exactly when. I hope you are right, but it looks like a long wait until we see if Lori is still here after 2.17.
@Jeffrey.....I'm a big sports fan, but this is not the site. However, Greenbay, although I would like to see them lose, I don't think they will.
I saw that PLenkov twitted the age difference between Steve and Mary. She is 5 yrs younger. I was wondering about that, they may have mentioned it, but I did not recall. She won't be back until 2.19 episode. Also Mrs. McG's first name is Doris.
I now wish that they would have held off showing the new episodes, we get a repeat this Monday, although its the season premiere, then 2.14, then another repeat, maybe two before we see 2.15. They are behind in filming, so hopefully in April and May that means no repeats till the end of the season.
@ Lena......I hope we don't have to wait until next season and they give us something this season. I know the Wofat story line won't end this season, but I was hoping for more info this season, and I don't mean one liners at the end of the show for the next 20-30 episodes. I guess we are at their mercy.
@ Martinelli....sounds good to me. I like Deeks, but I don't see NCIS LA seeing that as a fair trade.
@Martinelli.....Granger is out to get Hetty for sure on NCIS LA, but why he is concerned with Kensi's Hawaii trips really makes me wonder about a connection with the Wo-fat/Shelburne story line with H50. I hope it does, I really would like to see a crossover, but this time for more then 3 minutes. Maybe that meeting with Joe and Steve was the set up for something bigger between the 2 shows. If they are, then they are doing a great job at keeping it quiet. Now I'm more anxious to see this episode, I hope they give us a little more then the last minute of the program with this.
I watch both shows and love them both. I don't think a hook up between McG and Kensi is a good idea since they are on different shows, but another crossover either way, I would welcome. If you watch H50 then you know that the Shelburne character will be revealed on the 1-16-12 episode of H50. I now wonder if its Kensi's father, or that he has some sort of connection with the McGarrett family and that whole Wo-fat/Shelburne thing. I personally hope so.
@Martinelli......Yes I did see NCIS LA, I believe Lena had mentioned it also.
I would not mind another cross over either way. She had more then one trip to Hawaii, although H50 only showed one. Maybe they are planning a connection, that would be interesting. Kensi's father and McG's father connected. We know Shelburne will be revealed on 2.14, could it be that Shelburne is Kensi's father? Even though this is dragging on too long, I do like that they are keeping us guessing about who it is. Maybe that is why they did not publish any of the guess star's for that episode. Now I'm more impatient. Thanks for letting us know.
@Azziria and Nadriss.......I agree totally. If this character was presented as an antagonist towards five-o as her first episode suggested and she was not in as many scenes as Steve, while pushing aside the remaining 3 members of the team, then maybe the character would have been accepted. The actress however has not showed that she can play this character which is another problem. We all had an open mind when Lori was introduced, but it quickly changed, as it took her 11 episodes before she showed any sense of empathy and true emotion. (and I don't mean running up to McG during a rescue, that was just stupid).
@Jeffrey.....you have the right to your opinion and your right to express.
Since most on this website don't agree, maybe you can tell us your opinions on another character or subject of H50. We know how you feel about Lori.
@Jim....we may not always agree, but I love your site, thanks for doing it.
@Lena....do you know who the other actresses were who were considered for Lori? I can't blame it all on Lauren German. If H50 introduced another actress the same way, I would still be complaining that they did not need a fifth team member so soon, and they needed to have us learn more about the original 4. I know a lot of you don't like the many characters, but you do need supporting characters, as long as they are supporting, not over powering. I get why Joe has a big part, he is the link to the McG family past, even though we are getting impatient, which having all the re-runs makes it seem even longer, I think he is an important part of the show. I don't want it to drag either.
@Martinelli....I like Danny. A lot of people think he nags too much. That is what the character is suppose to be. Danny is the joker, Steve is serious, they work well together and the relationship has softened the character of Steve a little, and a little of Steve has rubbed off on Danny. That's what the writers are doing well. Danny/Lori? It could be a way that they may want to keep her on the show, but I can't see Lori as the step-mother type to Grace. I hope they don't do that to that child. Then why was she going after Steve? I suppose you could be guessing right.
@Martinelli.....I was not suggesting that they hook up. They are on different shows. You can have chemistry w/o sleeping together. I think Steve and Danny have chemistry. Kensi had more chemistry with Steve and Joe in her 3 miniutes then Lori had in 12 episodes.
I did sign your petition, thanks for starting it. I like your blog also.
@Loretto.....I was not able to watch NCIS LA live, but I did DVR it. I hope Kensi comes back to Hawaii and McG helps her with her father. I thought they had great chemistry, even though it was only a couple of minutes. I hope that they are thinking of another cross over. This time for the entire show.

You would have to have: John McGarret, Doris McGarret, Steve McGarret, Kensi/NCIS LA's father, Joe White, I don't know who else.
