Oh, and open letter to TV Fanatic: Forcing visitors to sit through a 2-minute video on a daily basis is gonna cost you hits. I can see that the volume of comments is down, and this is probably the reason. Other sites make visitors sit through a 30-second or 1-minute video every 7 days--just sayin'.....

Pretty good episode, particularly because Jeremiah stepped up and planted one on Vivianna--good on him!!!!!!!! Evan's little dream sequence next to Ray in bed was hilarious. It's not the image I found funny--it's the "hit us over the head with the 'in-bed-with-the-mob' metaphor" that was funny. As for what Paige found in Russell's study, that's intriguing, but I almost feel better if he has it instead of those two entitled peri-millennial brats who don't know how valuable it is (and/or don't care). Emma's little sideline seems innocuous enough, but I wonder if the writers have something in mind for this arc--like MAYBE Emma photographs something or someone she shouldn't. I suppose it could devolve into more melodrama from this "long lost sister" thing if they don't handle that correctly, but they either need to do something with it, or stop showing it.

She already did photograph someone/something she hsouldn't - when she sent the picture of the athlete. She's putting Hank at risk, too, since, as the medical professional involved, he'd be the one violating HIPAA by having her present and snapping away and sharing.

I saw her snap pics of the athlete, but not while he was undergoing any sort of medical procedure or while he was hospitalized. Even if she did, I don't think she's violating HIPAA because she's neither a licensed physician nor an employee of HankMed. Didn't they already do a lawsuit arc when Hank was addicted to his painkillers? I'm not sure the writers will go there again.

Major Crimes Review: Deputy Chief SOB

I really liked this episode, the beginning and end were pretty intense. The middle part concentrated on cast interaction and the personality traits of the characters. Julio taking over the ice cream truck, Buzz wanting an orange snow cone, Sykes being precise about everything, Fritz and Flynn vying for control and Provenza showing grandfatherly concern over all. It was amazing to watch! I do have one question though... what the heck was going on with DCA Gloria Lim's wardrobe malfunction? During her first scene, you can see what looks like the outline of a small box shape under her jacket on the right side. A wireless mic transmitter maybe? Then, right after she apologizes to McGinnis she turns around and you can see it very well. What is that?

Hrm. Geoff Johns, CW and New 52. Together. Yep, I'll pass

Covert Affairs Review: "Elevate Me"

Really can't say that I personally agree with this review. I am not impressed when Auggie and Annie do a field op. Pushing the limits to believe a blind agent would be good in the field. I think he does a great job handling Annie from DC. Must say I enjoyed the show much more when Annie lived by her sister and they inner acted. Now Annie is too hard & dark and tries to be a super woman. I still enjoy the show and I love intrigue but I think that can be handled without all the sex scenes and especially the Auggie & Calder scenes. Too much! I really enjoy the relationship Annie has with Eyal, to call him when she was sick and I also like the dynamic between she and McQuaid. The writers need to read the reviews, not a lot of people are happy with the last two seasons. I would hate for it to be cancelled, it started as such a great show.

this show has totally jumped the shark.

The Annie of this season is new to me. She was always the rebel and stood with her friends before. It was more than likely a good idea to steal the key, but she should have known, Auggie wasn't going to be happy with her.
I don't care for Auggie's new role. Seems to be acting out since he and Annie are not together. He just looks romantically confused.

Aviva was deranged. The woman needs help and she seemed to be just waiting to throw out that leg so she could get some attention. Too little too late as I hear the entire cast may be replaced for next season.
