Castle Season 7 Episode 20 Review: Sleeper

I don't know what I was expecting, but that wasn't it. He was gone for 2 months, that should not have taken that long even with reprogramming Castle's memory. Sounds like it was a race against time and everything was done quickly so the 2 months doesn't really make sense to me. I wonder if Esposito airing his feelings about distrusting Castle's explanation about his absence will drive a wedge in their friendship. I guess at least Castle is a hero and helped save thousands of lives. Glad we finally got some answers, but yes we still have his childhood mystery to solve. And why does Castle call her Beckett? It just sounds so impersonal.

Grey's Anatomy Round Table: When is it Time to Panic?

If Derek dies that will be the biggest disappointment to me. Interns & doctors have come and gone, but Derek and Meredith, they are the core of the show. I like all of the characters, Alex, I like the way he is more human, but still tough and funny. Even if he is only on the show part-time, better that than no Derek at all. I did wonder why Jackson was not at the hosp. in this episode. I really liked the way that Meredith & Arizona talked in the closet. Amelia, she is such a jerk to Own and I hope he moves on from her and finds someone else. Please do not kill Derek!

I don't even care how they are going to bring Klaus back, I jumped up in joy when that bastard was finally put down.I remember it was brought in the comments a good couple of weeks ago about the advantages of Klaus being daggered for a good while. All i have to say is it's about freaking time! because he is a hybrid and because he is immortal he above all other characters puts himself on a super high pedestal.and with him being daggered at the moment hopefully that brings his ego down a notch.for too long has he been walking around thinking he is high and mighty, untouchable by anything and anyone else.and the fact that it was Elijah that put him down was just the icing on the cake. I'm sure Klaus won't be gone long but I hope he doesn't come back at least until the finale

Well said! As far as am concern he needs to stay in there for a while! I feel so bad for josh, they have to bring Aiden back! I was liking Dahlia until she killed Aiden, she crossed the line and needs to die!

I understand where Happy is coming from but she is NOT a mother. She may care deeply for Ralph but Paige is his mother and is trying to do what's best for Ralph. HOW MANY times has Ralph almost gotten in serious trouble or almost died because of team Scorpion and Walter? I don't see how anyone wouldn't react similar to her in the last episode/

Exactly! Any mother would have probably come to the same conclusions as Paige. The fact is, Ralph did put himself in mortal danger because of Walter's influence, and that clearly panicked Paige a lot. I get why Happy had a go at her on the phone because Happy is all about people letting you down, but I don't blame Paige AT ALL for making that choice. As Allison said, I was also amazed that Walter had shown so little awareness in the last ep that Ralph shouldn't have put himself in danger like that. I thought he had learned from Kill Screen, but clearly not. I also go back and forth with Walter. He's definitely gown on me as he has evolved emotionally, but a lot of the time his personality is a turn off. But I do like Walter and Paige together, and I actually think they're the most interesting pairing on the show (as cute as Megan and Sylvester are) because it's so initrinsically linked to Walter's growth emotionally, and IDK, their 'relationship' just seems so much more organic and real. As for the episode itself, I thought it was great, and I liked the cute ending. I think it's right that the writers didn't go there yet with Walter declaring his feelings for Paige and with Paige only declaring hers (sort of!) when he was sleeping, but they had to give the Waige fans something with that kiss, lol! Also, I did lol that Ralph, even though he's a special kid, was still acting like any other bratty 9yr old when he didn't want to go to the airport! Looking forward to s1, but I hope next season the writers make it less about the Walter show, and more about the rest of the team. They've each had their moments, but it always seems to come back to Walter saving the day, which is getting a little frustrating.

Kensi and Deeks are refreshing, the Heidi legend is just that. She is too old to be a threat to anyone simply making puppets of the people around her. HOW LONG ARE THEY GOING TO DRAG OUT THE G. CALLEN THING. GIVE HIM A NAME ALREADY.

I was like "What????" While I love Toby/Happy moments, I think my favorite moments of Happy this entire season all (or almost all) fall within this one episode. When their world was falling apart, Happy took charge. I mean, she's the one that chewed out Paige and brought some sane perspective back to Paige's life; took charge in finding organizating rescue plans for Walter; put Walt back in his place with the memory comment; found and "borrowed" that giant monstrosity of a crane; AND she let Toby back in just a bit!!!! I don't mean to recount the entire ep, but come on - she killed it! That's why she's in my top three fave characters on TV, period. Strong, smart, independent, but still vulnerable in her own way without it letting it run her life. Those little memories and stories were so sweet that I about cried, but the one with Cabe's daughter, and just the apology from Walt, did me in. And Cabe accepting it without reservation - he truly loves Walter like a son and it killed me last week with their fight but I'm so happy they made up. Walter's finally showing some great progress with his EQ! The most human he's ever been; I like him that way. Usually, the eps can be touch and go with this show, but they've gotten better with building upon the eps week to week. If I thought last week's episode was intense and heartbreaking, I'd say this one was intense but heartfelt. I like that we did have the hospital scene (and I loved the family scene, but I wish Mr. Elia would just disappear...I don't like him). And as long as they can bring Megan back more often next season, I have no complains whatsoever! Love the summer but can't wait for season 2!!
