One things that's bothered me since the episode aired was damn phone that caused the accident...how did they suddenly get phone service back??? like his phone rang in the car, but earlier his call had been ended because of terrible signal... I also have a feeling that Meredith could end up pregnant.
Please just write off Klaus. He's not developing, his story arc goes nowhere, his motivations are muddled and unclear. He's the same man from when he was introduced near the end of TVD season 2. Screaming, yelling, threatening and murdering people who are only trying to help him or Hope. How do they expect us to root for a character like that? Enough is enough, Klaus needs to go. Permanately. He's long overstayed his welcome
Lol Klaus is the Originals. And this was how his character is suppose to be i guess. Love him or hate him he is awesome how he is and he is here to stay. I love how you can't just pin him down.
Agree with you. Klaus is the anchor to the Originals. I wouldn't watch nearly as much if he wasn't on it. I'd catch up maybe once a month and possibly even stop watching. I enjoy his storylines, even if he does more regressing than growing.
I tend to agree with most of your comments.I don't necessarily think the show should write him off but he definitely should have stayed daggered for at least a month.whenever they make progress with him they go right back to the "well" of making him an overbearing paranoid asshole.and I know everybody defends Klaus and says "oh well that's how he is" which just annoys the hell out of me when people say that.Damon was once an annoying overbearing asshole but his character evolved, Klaus is indeed portrayed the same way he has been since season 2 of Vampire Diaries. and it's the whole stupid hybrid thing that gives the character such a superiority complex.that is the main Krutch of his character,he throws that knowledge around all the time that he is an original and he is a hybrid......yawwnnn I hope somehow some new mega which can suppress or even kill one of his sides, either his vampire or werewolf side just to bring him down to the level of every other original and even out the playing field so he doesn't walk around with such a messiah complex.
Yes! The fact is Klaus can't be touched! His plot armor is so thick, perhaps the thickest of any television character I have EVER seen, that anytime he's put into any sort of perilous life-threatening situation, we as the viewers know with 100% CONFIDENCE/CERTAINTY that Klaus will not die, even WHEN the WOS is in play. Compare this with TVD characters, yes Elena/Stefan/Damon are the main characters, but there's still the very real possibility of their death when put into life-threatening situations, their plot armor isn't as obnoxious as Klaus'. Add to that if anyone tries to go up against Klaus they will lose. It's this fact that makes Klaus such a poor character, I cannot relate to or empathize with some supernatural god. Coupled with that he's an enormous, arrogant pompous jerk! I'm tired of Klaus getting his way. I'm tired of Rebekah and Elijah CONSTANTLY getting the shaft in favor of Klaus. Let the other characters breathe without being stifled by Klaus' over-bearing ego and paranoia Julie Plec! You're right Ilk, he definitely needs to lose one of his sides to bring him back in line with the other characters and I hope that's the plan. They shot themselves in the foot creating Klaus in TVD and trying to make him this super bad can't be killed villain, now his fate is connected to every vamp in TVD. I hope an un-linking spell is in the works, it's time to humanize this character
Amen!!....couldnt agree more
That moment beth gets tasered in the back and you're yelling to yourself "Nikita noooooooo" Ray absolutely has to be dead, that main FBI chick told all those officers to surround the house, and don't forget they even had a helicopter in the sky

I think I call Beth Nikita more than Beth! Maggie Q will always be Nikita.
Crap! I'm sick of Joe Carroll. Now even after he's dead, I still have to see him. Thought the story would move on. Ryan snapped, Theo and his sister are still out there mucking up and no one has even asked how those men got released or why the doors wouldn't open. We are going to have to go through the drinking, breakdown stuff again. I hope Mike and Max will make it interesting. How Joe can out smart the FBI and the prison is beyond reality. The high tech world is very unsafe, we're finding that out more every day, these shows aren't science fiction. It's just that the writers push believability too far.
I loved Ryan in his sober state. Hope it had lasted Longer
My (4) four favorite moments: - Cyrus and Sally- Cyrus, Cyrus, Cyrus, all of him.- The phone call between our two terrible lovers (Emotional for me). I love Olivia and Fitz even when they are mad at each other. The apparent hostility of Olivia shows for me so much frustrated love and vulnerability. I need a presidential divorce.-The last scene (Olivia and Russell)
This was the best episode of the season! It was fun, thrilling, entertaining and it felt like a classic Castle episode. It focused on Castle and a bit on Alexis. Don't get me wrong, I do like Beckett but it has been too much Beckett and too little Castle for a long time. I loved they showed Castle to be competent. If only every episode had this quality...
I hate flying, and don't even like to watch shows about it on TV, so although I wanted to watch the ep, I decided to pass. I'm bummed that you said it was the best episode because now I'm thinking of watching it, even though I know the plot now and who killed. Does it have much turbulence on the plane in the episode? That's what I hate to see. If it only has a little, then I may change my mind and catch it online. Let me know. Thanks.
It was just a little in the first minute. The rest was smooth sailing. -:)
Thanks Hege. If I do change my mind, I will just fast forward that first minute. lol. But I have a feeling I might skip it altogether. It's not like it's a continuation plot or arc where I will miss something. Thanks tho.
It feels like forever since the last episode, and I was really missing Stalker. Last night's episode was very intense, and I wasn't sure it was going to be wrapped up in just this one episode. I definitely have my doubts about Ray being dead, but I guess with only 2 episodes left we just have to assume that he is. I had really made the connection that Stalker was going up against The Following in the same time slot, but that certainly does speak of CBS's not really caring about the show. I actually think that The Following is in as much danger of not being renewed as Stalker, so if I was Kevin Williamson I would be writing my next script.
It sucks that both Forever and Stalker are probably goners.
It really does.
They said one body was still in the house before it exploded. I am sure Ray is dead!
Klaus is supposed to be the smartest...but yet again got manipulated by Dahlia...way to be the smartest of all, dude! how does he even dare to say that his family is dead and they deserve what's coming for them??? sorry but Rebeka and Elija should have stabbed him a couple of centuries ago... anyway, nice twist, although I cannot believe Hayley...kind of naive in thinking she can run just like that!
Just as he teamed up with his father to protect his child, he'll do the same here. I highly doubt he'll stay teamed with her to the end. Just long enough to make her vulnerable and take her and Freya out at the same time. Klaus is ALWAYS about himself and protecting whom he believes needs it the most...even if he does it in the worst way possible. Sometimes it's Rebecca, sometimes Elijah, and always Hope. Although I do worry about Hope's future with the prophecy that says she will be the death of all witches.
I don't think that what Dahlia told Klaus about Hope's powers is completely true...we shall see ;-)
I can see the Klaus swerve coming a mile away in the finale.it's going to seem like he is with Dalia but I'm 90% sure he will turn on her at the last minute aligning himself with his family and proving that he's not a bastard. and can we please see a freaking wolf transition already? It seems like we haven't seen a transformation scene in forever between Vampire Diaries and the originals
I think he will turn on Dahlia but he won't fully align himself with his family. He'll do what's best according to Klaus.
No idea where Alicia is going from here, but for sure I am happy she didn't become SA. I felt Kalinda's goodbye to Grace was more for us...right? I like the way she is leaving, in mystery...
