Just a theory guys....
I reckon it was an animal she killed. Why would Dixon or Ethan be out in the middle of no where? clearly she had drunk a lot by time she got there hence she must have been far away from the party. She drove away so will never know what she hit which will leave her feeling false guilt of killing someone (until she owns up that is), this will of course reflect in her personality. Laura xxx PS. I doubt it was an animal. Once she continued driving and the following car moved closer, you saw something lying on the road that looked very human.

Why does Annie have to have "killed" whatever it was? The person OR animal could have possibly lived only to tattle on her.

Maybe she hit Dixon, and Ethan came to rescue. That would bring some drama to the show. After what happened between Dixon and Ethan at the party, with Annie hitting her own brother, and then she'll try to hide it. Since Dixon and Annie has such a wonderful relationship, think about what would happen when Annie (the good girl) hides and and then Dixon and parents finally finds out about it.

If she did kill anything which i doubt it was probably an animal.
I'm guessing that she hit someone, but didn't kill them because it didn't seem to me like a full force hit , Lol. I reckon if it was a person it will be a shocker and someone that we maybe don't expect, becaus ethe way she looked after she had run them overwas in shock, but was it shock because it was someone she knew? or just because she had ran someone down? I can't wait for next season :O

I forgot to explain my previous theory of why I thought she hit Liam. I believe it was Liam because it seemed to me that he got dragged off by some crazy men who threw a black thing over him. They probably tourtured him and left him to die or find his way back to wherever, but then that person saves him by taking him to the hospital and he gets to stay at west beverly after all because he's hurt or whatever.

I thought that it was Liam's step-father that pulled him out of bed. The step-father wants to ship him off to military school, no?

or maybe she hit her dad cuz he was so high that he started wandering the streets
