Did anyone actually believe Quinn...?

When she told Finn that she was pregnant because of the hot tub incident? I know it is not possible in real life but I only believed it because the show was so unrealistic...(in a good way) and many strange and extraordinary things happened i.e. Principal Figgins enacting strange rules and Sue being able to say the things she says without getting fired as well. Don't forget Emma being a guidance counsellor with the bizarre brochures.
I am probably alone here, but did anyone initially believe it?

When they were making out and Quinn lied to Finn by saying that it was his because sperm could travel across the hot tub.

Oh...
Why would there be sperm in the hot tub in the first place... :P sorry I only watch Glee every once in awhile and i was confused about this.

Since it's Glee, at first I was like "wtf, that's hilarious" and they didn't really give us much time before we found out what had really happened.
I'm showing my friend the first season and we just watched that episode, and she at first thought that Quinn was lying about the whole pregnacy and it was just a plot to keep Finn with her.
