personally i LOVE the fact that chord is on his way back to glee. I have always loved the character sam evans and was sooo sad to see him leave at the end of the second season.
I hope to see sam and mercedes reunite. So far based on what I have seen of Mercedes' current boyfriend, shane, he is a trouble maker. Yes it is a good thing that he inspires his girlfriend to take chances and step up to the plate, but on the other hand I don't like the way he goes about doing it.. remember when he saw mercedes and rachel hug in the cafeteria, the first thing he does is ask mercedes why she is talking to rachel. Basically shane made rachel out to be an enemy and brought about a streak of mean-ness in mercedes. (i.e. talking back to Will and generally having an attitude towards everyone) I REALLY WISH that when sam comes back he'll at least try and pick up where he left off with mercedes.. and hopefully make her a nicer person again.

I loved Samcedes they were cute :)! and there was a rumour going around yesterday that "All I want For Christmas is You" is a Samcedes song but I asked LaMarcus(Shane) if it was true and he said he hadn't heard anything about it, so if a Samcedes reuinion is happening it won't be anytime soon.

Jenn I totally agree with you. Mercedes and Sam were good for each other. Sam was unlucky with girlfriends til Mercedes and he made her feel special. Agree about Shane as much as she's glad she has a boyfriend finally he has shown me that he encourages her to be the best she can be but is a bad influence in regard to her kind hearted side(hugging her friend Rachel). Her kind and generous heart was evident with Kurt when he was hurting and she showed what a wonderful friend she was. But she has shown since Shane she foregoes all those relationships that were cultivated prior to Shane's appearance.
The streak of meaness that Jenn speaks of in Mercedes is another out of character element to the changed Mercedes. She has never been mean just to be mean before. That was reserved for Rachel season 1. Cold, callous, selfish,and unrelenting divaness. Rachel has on numerous occassions been humbled to stop with those traits and has develop traits inherent to her character but to refine kind and thoughtfulness friendship instead. Rachel has done that with Finn, Kurt and Mercedes's help since the start of season 2. Glad for it finally. But since this change in Mercedes it has only separated her from all the friends in Glee who miss her and I do too.
So I'm hoping that the return of Sam will rekindle to good in Mercedes. If Mercedes's aditude changes from cocky arrogance to kind hearted maybe Santana will change her demeanor of relentless hateful b^^^^h and become more likeable too. Brittany as good hearted as she is has not been able to change Santana at all.
So yeah I'm glad Sam is coming back and hope he'll be a formatable character that Damien and Samuels's characters can look up to. Finn is trying to be more of a leader but has acceptance problems as od now.

Well, they may be random especially, in the last 2 minutes of s2 finale. Then Chord leaves the show. That's wierd they leave an absolutely random and unsubstantiated nothingness to a storyline for Sam or Mercedes. But since Mercedes is apart from the ND she has even less screen time IMO. I always thought Sam and Mercedes were good for each other even fleeting time spent on them. Glad Sam wants her back. Glad Sam doesn't want Quinn back. Just hope he gets some screen time with SL. Now Mercedes has lost her what was so special about her IMO maybe Sam will help her get her MOJO back. I'm liking the pair. There is no other girl in either club for Sam to pair up with who is deserving of him. Besides, as of now Quinn doesn't need a boyfriend she needs a sh

sorry, keys stick. Didn't even press enter to send. So freaky this computer. NOW QUINN NEEDS A SHRINK STAT. Because she is heading for a bottoming out. I guess she has to hit ROCK BOTTOM to find her way and her happiness. Just wierd for her to stay on this course.
