The spoilers say that the death will affect the glee club, but it doesn't say which glee club! So it could be the bird (and the swan song would make sense). And there will be a kurt/blaine moment on the funeral. When Kurt is thrown off the glee club, this means that Blaine could support him.

It could be Rachel! I mean she sang 'Don't Cry For Me Argentina' in the Special Education episode! She also told Kurt that she dreams of her own funeral! That could be a hint! But I hope that it isn't Rachel as she is one of my favorite characters in the show!
