   Yeah. It is something Blair would wear. And @bfan, the desginer is Christian Dior. The dress was actually designed in 1949, but I'm sure Blair would fine something exactly like it. Tie in a headband like this: and it would be perfect.

   Not really...lol. This is the headband she wore: I'm not even sure it's a headband. It's just so UNUSUAL (I think Blair should "borrow" it. lol) And yeah, I think Blair has worn one like it too...I'm  going to try and find a pic of it.

    @cbd, Blair Waldorf doesn't do traditional. If you expect her prom dress to look like this: Do you actually expect her to have a hum-drum wedding dress??? I don't think so...lol
