my ex and chuck are not abusive but they do have tendencies that are not healthy for me and blair ( lashing out , controlling , losing temper , blame) . lool i should not compare myself to tv couples :P
oh Lolita and Chris i am very curious , who do you like as couples? you are mysterious lol
I don't understand the 'abusive and unhealthy' part, not now. But I dont want to get in this fight or dispute lol x

RedRoses, you keep reiterating that you are a Chair fan- Can you give me a single reason why you like them?POSTED 5/15/2012 12:29:11 PM #
Foolish of me to think that this type of response and questioning to a nonbiased take isn't coming from a perturbed Chuck worshipper..If you're indeed a Chair fan and not a Chuccultists than I truly apologize. I dont have a superiority complex, unlike some Dan/dair fans. I can admit Dan is a piece of garbage for what he did last night. Cheating no matter the circumstance is wrong! I can also admit he can be a judgemental prick, and is at times rude to his ex girlfriends. Their are two sides to every coin..
aww i always had a soft for nair <3 they were perfect in the middle of season 1 and end season 2! rufly got boring at some point and lily went loca , dair is the perfect friendship. Serenate were great too thye should have put them together this season bith characters neded storylines
I agree with the TM that the scene was misleading to say the least. He did put her happiness first this entire season but always was a stretch- He didnt always put her first and we have seen examples of that in s 3. However in s2 and 3 Blair put him first so I hated that statement. But what I think that is that we need to see the context of the statement- it basically comes minutes after Bart takes away BI from Chuck and calls hima failure because he is so in love with Blair. I think most of what he said was in anger.. also I hated initially that he didnt want to be MR. Blair Waldorf but then I realised that Blair did the same in 4.09. The thing about Chair is they both want to be in the top slot in their respective fields. So losing BI and his power- Chuck didnt want go into that relationship with her. I also understand why Blair was hesitant about trusting Chuck and now I understand why Chuck was hesitant to trust her great proclaimation of love.. she changed her minds too many times..
Chuck and Blair need to be both powerful and successful. Blair has shown in the last three seasons, that no matter who she is with, she needs to feel powerful and successful to be really happy. Similarly Chuck needs to be successful in his business.. which I think is good, because its in their characters. Just like Blair Waldorf needs to be her own woman, Chuck Bass needs to be his own man. I think the last casino scene was fitting- two equals finally!
