Gossip Girl Boss: “Chuck Has Never, and Will Never, Hurt Blair†(Spoilers)
Hurting a woman is unforgivable. The most painful thing about this is that right now, probably a lot of girls who are being abused and watch this show had the confirmation last night that it's not that big of a deal, and that they shouldn't go to the police or leave their boyfriend for what they are doing. More and more girls are affected by this and do not tell...
Don't stay in the dark ladies... CALL!
Meester has fronted many charity as well as advertising campaigns. In 2008, she was a spokesperson for Sunsilk's "Life Can't Wait" campaign to motivate women to pursue their dreams and collaborated with Safe Horizon to raise awareness about and prevent domestic violence.

Rihanna proved us that even strong women can be victim of domestical violence...Singing about how bad you are and getting tomboy haircuts and looking fierce does not mean she was ever a strong woman to begin with. I'm not crazy about her so I consider her a poser anyway.
If the story comes back to Chair by the end of the season, I will definetly write personnally to her charity and try to make her not be their spokesperson anymore.
Wait what are you talking about?
And I'm not sure what you were saying with that video but, I love the comments. Tyra sucks ass
im sorry, but what makes you think you biased shippers know the show better than the people that work on it. you're right, what chuck did was wrong. and no, im not making excuses here, but you honestly need to cut him some slack. he just founf out that his father is a murderer. how would you react if that happened to you?
and no, he has never intentionally hurt blair. i'm sure the writers know what they write alot more than you.
The interview was Meester telling how important it was to her to be a spokesperson for domestic violence...
I can't believe she went with the storyline when she is trying so hard to get women to open up about domestic violence. This is important and personal to me...So I will definetly be commenting on that to the charity.
With so many actors on the show complaining about storylines this season (off the top of my head Chace, Ed and Penn all made disparaging comments about their characters and/or plots this year) I don't necessarily think it's fair to blame an actor for the story put onscreen. Clearly they have little to no say about what's going on, and they're all under contract. No matter how you feel about the storyline, I don't know that it's fair to put the blame on Leighton's shoulders.
