Yes it is awesome they are working on Elena not being totally useless:)
And also, the only positive thing i can say about Rebekah: She is one hell of eyecandy! Are you kidding me she is hot :O

okay so im really interested in the logic behind saying the delena scenes seemed forced, seeing as they have stronger chemistry from all ready dating that comes natural to them...

In general i liked the episode
My comments:
1. I'm getting bored with Delena's awkward tension. It's not sexy for nme anymore, but I like their one-liners back and forth. I thought the Buffy comment was hilarious...well b/c she can't touch Buffy.
2. Rebekah--- girl I don't care how many back handsprings you do and who your family is -- YOU'RE NOT CAROLINE so back off!
3. On a similar note- I don't like what they're doing to Forwood they haven't even been happy for 2.5 secs and now we've got Tyler all messed up.
4. Even though Stefan's "gone" I loved the scene where he caught her...their stare was intense.
5. Also I like how things are coming around full circle almost. The first day of school when Elena met Stefan she was coming out of the boys washroom b.c she was looking for talking to Jeremy and she bumps into him and in tonight's episode it practically happened again. I also liked that they were at the bonfire. I like when shows tip their hat to themselves or more like remember and highight past events/moments.

I am a full on Delena shipper so I am defently not hating on them but it seems like Plec and Kevin put those scenes in there just so the Delena fans had something. Like did Damon really need to grab her and tell her "I will do anything for you" practically telling her AGAIN he has feelings...no. Although I liked the scenes I just felt like they were forced.

I agree with you. Whenever someone tries to pull that shit with me, I'm like...
I mean, even if you hate them, it's universal truth that Ian and Nina have the best sexual chemistry on the show. Hands down.

I thought this was a okay ep. I like how Stefan is acting but I still wish he would have gone bad on his own and not from Klaus making him. The thing that I didnt like about this ep was that vervain had a affect on Tyler. Shouldnt vervain and wolfspane not affect hybrids. Their wolf side should cancel out the vervain and their vampire side should cancel out the wolfspane IMO.Posted 10/20/2011 10:50:51 PM #

Wait, that ain't making no sense. . . The human side of vampires don't cancel the vervain effect, neither does the human side of werewolves cancel the effect wolfsbane have on them. So why would the vampire side cancel the wolfsbane and the werwolf side cancel the vervain?
Well your reasoning for it makes no sense. I agree that it shouldn't affect him, but not because the werewolf side cancel it, but simply because it just shouldn't affect the whole. . .
