     99% of KC shippers I have seen are completely ax-crazy  and seem to think that to re-affirm their support of their ship they have to drag Tyler through mud,s omething they have akin to DE/SE shippers who love to drag both Damon(deservedly and not so) and Caroline(undeservedly) through mud.

     You still didn't explain what it means. As for your observation, I call B.S. I spend way too much time on fanforum and tumblr to notice that half the people bitching about forwood and Tyler's purpose in the plot, could give less of a cent for KC. In fact, some even loathe Klaus as much as Tyler. That aside, I have blocked a few KCers who like to pretend that Tyler 's the bad guy. Still, 99 percent? Lol, you're funny.

     Basically Tyler's fan hate can be summed up to this, if you actually pay attention: (this forum sucks so bare with the format):

     1. Hardcore DErs who hate seeing any character suck up their pairing's screentime, they loathe KCT and hypocritically call caroline a slut for being involved in a triangle.

     2. Klaus stans, and take note, a LOT of his stans hate KC, and it is those particular fans i've seen that also wish Tyler would drop dead, while not even bringing up Caroline.

     3. unbiased Caroline stans who are sick of her being dragged into his crap, but at the same time loathing her being a distraction for Klaus.

     4. Caroline stans who still aren't over the incident in s2 when the pack he joined kidnapped her.

     finally, the delusional Klaroliners who either act like Klaus is a saint or know he's not but still continue to bash Tyler regardless of what he does, whether he's being heroic or throwing a glass near Caroline.

     that's not 99%, and I've scrolled through the tags enough times to see Klaroliners defending Tyler.

     There's this misunderstanding that anyone saying forwood fucks too much is aboard the KC ship, but universally, that's one opinion the whole fandom actually shares, aside from the fans saying "they're teenagers it's normal"
