    Anyone else having a crush on MTV's (yeah, it's a really weird world we live in O_o) AWKWARD ? I just found out about and finished the 2 season in three days :3 Who would have thought MTV, could give something so sharp-written and funny realistic. Defenitely, THE crush of the summer *.*

    MTV has been going up in terms of quality slowly, through this year(case in point - the awesomeness that is Teen Wolf).  It certainly surprises me sinec that channel is pretty much kitsch central.

     

    As for Awkward. I can only use on word to describe it - generic. Now that does not mean it is necesarily  bad or horrible - it is not. it has decent actors and plot writing....Its just so...derivative and done to death in other shows before, capitalizing on the "suicide attempt changes" life theme, which exploded into all mediums after 1998's novel, "Veronica Decides to Die".

    I liked awkward it's not the most original thing in the world but it's pretty good imo
