I love how everybody is all about Caroline and forwood now. I'm happy to know I was one of the first who defended and loved this marvelous character before others jumped on the bandwagon this season. Carina has great taste and common sense. lol

Will you just look at how awesome Caroline is? This girl just spent a whole day and night getting tortured by her own father, and she still woke up, picked out the cutest summer picnic outfit ever, did her hair, made chili, and picked up Bonnie on her way over to Elena's. I mean, when people force me to sit in sunlight, I usually can't even put in my contacts the next day.

Caroline's my favorite character now. It's too bad she gets overshadowed by the mai nplot (the middle of season 1?, the end of season 2, and she was barely in 3x02 despite her story being the cliffhanger.Caroline needs her own show. Mind you, quality is better than quantity.

1)No one besides Tyler noticed that Caroline wasn't around or answering her phone for 2 days! At least we saw her mom was busy and called her.
2)I'm guessing that Caroline's fake pregnancy is the catalyst for the Romeo and Juliet storyline as Carol wants Tyler to be with someone who can give her grandchildren and who will grow old with her son.
3)Question: is Caroline dealing with being a vamp, being tortured, etc by compatmentalizing and releasing her stress/emotional pain or is she just burying and ignoring it? If she's doing the latter, she'll have a breakdown at some point.

This is another scene were I thought Caroline was hilarious! Caroline says Bonne call her. Bonnie says Emily are you there? Caroline replys Really Emily are you there thats all you got. LOL

No Caroline lets out her emotions. She does not hold back. Here's a few examples.
1) When Tyler didn't do anything to save her and she let him have it!
2) She cried on Tyler's shoulder after Matt broke up with her.
3) Then she cried on Tylers shoulder again after she was tortured by her father.
Overall Caroline from season 1 on has always let her emotions show.

I agree though it does seem a bit easy. That may just be the writing as usually Caroline's in subplots and the show does zip through storylines quickly. It would be interesting to see Caroline turn her emotions off at some point in the future.
