Reply to PostDamon or Stefan? Who and why?

I won't be any original here: team Damon all the way!!! I mean, come on, he's the bad boy, hot as hell, and yet has a hidden sensitive and protective side that's absolutely adorable. Add to all of this the fact that he's funny and you've got yourself the perfect man! Ok, so he's killed a "few" people, but hey, he's a vampire, what did you expect? As for Stefan, I never really liked him. Good guy, good boyfriend, moral... boring!! And after the last episode where we see that he was the one forcing Damon into the eternal life of a vampire, I kind of disliked him. So, GO TEAM DAMON!!!

It's not just about who of the brothers is hotter. If I was Elena, I would choose Damon. Stefan's incessant keening is boring, and how he tries to be fair in every moment is even more boring. Self-piteous guys arent for me. but Damon.. even if he doesnt show his feelings and he pretends to be a bad guy, I think he is a very sensitive guy inside himself and can love Elena truly. but as I know hollywood movie screenplays Elena will end up with stefan :-(

I absolutely ADORE DAMON!!! i really think DAMON and ELENA WILL be the HOTTEST COUPLE EVER!!!. elena makes damon a better person and bring out a side of him that even he doesn't know exists. ITS SO ROMANTIC!!! TEAM DAMON!!! I LOVE DELENA!!!

I do see why some people would think Stefan is boring, but there is a lot more to him. I believe Kevin and Julie have done a fantastic job with character development. Certain extenuating circumstances bring out the complexity of a character. To me, the Salvatore brothers are on an even playing field and exploring the depths of who they are becomes a fascinating journey.
Damon is sensitive to what he wants and his emotions, whatever they may be. I'm not sure he really understands how to deal with human feelings and adhere to the social principles engrafted in society, but he longs for a connection to what he considers probably familiar.
My preference is delena and with good reason. There is an incredible amount of potential there and I will be looking forward to the moment the writers explore the many facets of Damon and Elena's relationship.

Perhaps stefan just seems boring because he's with elena? Maybe in season 4, he will become really interesting with katherine's return... he's probably mad that was compelling him and they have some unresolved issues that date back 164 years.
For me, hands down, damon is the more interesting, sexy, exciting, evil, manipulative brother. I just have a thing for the bitch... that's why blair is my fav character on gg. I don't want damon to lose any of his charm by turning into stefan 2.0, no, no absolutely not. But I do want him to move on from katherine. She was horrible for him and I think elena can do him some good;)

I totally agree. Stefan 2.0? No thank you. There can only be one Stefan and one Damon on the show. I think Elena's friendship with Damon is beneficial. We've already seen evidence of that, but I definitely don't want Damon to lose his dangerous edge. It is so damn attractive. :)

So personally, I'm definitely, without a doubt, a Stefan and Elena fan. When Damon and "Elena" kiss at the end of the finale I was actually screaming at my television! I'll agree... Damon is hott as hell, quite possibly even more so then Stefan. And while I love that Elena can bring out the humanity in Damon, I feel like I like the 'flirtacious thing' they have going on now... but in the long run, I feel like Stefan and Elena have something so passionate, and deep, that they need to end up together.
I don't know how many people here also watched "Lost" but I'm gunna guess that a lot of Damon/Elena fans were also Sawyer/Kate fans. I say this because I was a HUUGE Jack/Kate shipper myself, and I see the connections the way others are comparing Chuck and Blair. Anyway, Lost ended they way I wanted. I have confidence that Stefan and Elena will get there ending too :)

Team Damon,,, I like Damon.. he is sexy,dangerous.. but sometimes he can be sad and vulnerable.And he is protective over Stefan.. and he loves Elena.. and yes he did some awful things a lot actually but i think Elena can fall for him... in the books,Elena i think dated both,but she was insanely in love with Damon.
