Reply to PostDamon's like Rose... Do you think he has dreams about being human?

She said it herself, Rose did: "Damon's a lot like me. He wants to care, and when he does, he runs away from it."
And then when she wonders why Elena's so nice to her, and she responds: "Us humans.", Rose says: "I can never forget it, what it's like to be human. It haunts me."
And then Damon turns to the side, like he realizes that they really are the same, because as we all know, he admitted to that Jessica girl in the end of the episode, that he misses being human. And that he miss it more than anything else.
So... do you think Damon has dreams about being human? Kinda like the one he and Rose were in, right before he staked her? Do you think it haunts him like that? Or do you have any other thoughts about it all?

AH, and this is why I loved this episode SO much. I really loved all the Damon/Rose/Elena scenes. They were sad, and they opened your eyes on some of the charecters. I was not like "ELENA AND DAMON!" The whole episode like I usually do. I was more just happy to see, Elena seeing that otherside of him. And Damon showing he does care, whether he admits it or not. And then doing excactly what "Rose would have done" and Ran away from him problems.
I am SO excited for the scene where, he confesses more about himself. With his compelled "Girlfriend"

This is also why I loved this episode. We just saw so much of Damon's depth in this character and for once Elena saw it too. This was really a kind of revelation for who Damon really is and I love that. I think it's definitely possible that he dreams of humanity as well because deep down it's something that he has truly longed for. Everything about this episode and Damon was just so great.
