I'm like 95% sure Esther was in the promo for 3x19. And she was doing a spell with another blonde person, which I'm guessing is Rebekah. But what would Rebekah be doing if she can't do magic? Rebekah is probably pissed at what Klaus said to her. Soooooooo, who know's what's gunna happen now.

Probably to end that line of vampires die thing. Although I think it was Elijah who turn Rose because Rebekah and Klaus gave out no hint that it was them and Kol would turn people for his pleasure which doesn't scream Rose.Posted 3/29/2012 9:31:55 PM #

I think Esther will perform the spell and turn Becca into Human mode in her case Witch! Or something like that! XD So it will be a blast if I'm right! :D
I just hope they don't bring stupid things like in 3x15! Do the showdown or don't ? Don't treath us lke IDIOTS!

^If Esther could turn Rebekah into a human then Elena would definatly try to convince her to do the same with Damon and Stefan...
And I also think that it's Elijah who turned Rose, or do you think there is someone between them?

it sobviously klaus and not elijah. why?
- Plec sseems to get a twisted sick pleasure of taking book plots and ruining them...guess who started the whole katherine vampire line there? Klaus.
- Plec obviously wants to havea way to keep her favorite fanservice toy on the show for her jealousy(!!!) triangle and other boring stuff.

@TVDObsession I got a feeling that Klaus won't have so much mercy for his Mom, and that Esther won't be there long enough to turn the brothers.
@BoredNow, I didn't know about the book part of this story. and lately KW mentioned that they will go back to the books I thing. But maybe they surprise us. Have an open Mind :D :P

I didn't know about the book part of this story. and lately KW mentioned that they will go back to the books I thing.
They took one of the best and most interesting book villains, Sage, and turned Sage into spineless weak boring female obsessed with a guy for 900 years...and then the show killed her.
I would not count on anything of the books to be adapted even remotely competently.
Also 99% of book plots rely on Elena rely on Elena's charisma and on Elena being ruthless, agressive smart and independent female. So yeah. most of book stuff would not work with Elena of tv show.

THIS so much! Elena is a true leader in the books, she knows what she wants and she gets it. She does not sit around "caring about everyone and everything", making every one feel how HORRIBLE her fate is like Miss "I don't know what I feel". Elena is always in the middle of the action, even having fearless Meredith, strong-willed Matt, helpful Bonnie on her side, not to mention having back up in Damon and Stefan, Elena is the one who sort of does the "final act" of their plan and she is the one who is usually hurt the most, physicaly of coarse. Just read the Return trilogy and the Hunters....compared to that... Elena's life in Mystic Falls is almost paradise, truth be told.
