I blame JoMo
I blame JoMo for the weaker half of TVD's season 3.
Okay not completely true :). I recently read that in a JP interview the writers were planning on killing off Klaus at the end of the season, but JoMo's stellar performance urged them to reconsider.
God, how I wished they would've stuck with the initial concept, somehow I feel like it would've given the second half(after the winter break) of season 3 more direction. Something would've been accomplished by the end. Darn JoMo for being such a brilliant actor, although a lot of you know I'm really not Klaus's biggest fan. My worst fear is that Klaus somehow becomes part of the Mystic Falls gang in season 4.
I'm still not over the fact that Klaus is still alive :(
P.S please do not make mince meat of me.
By that logic we should also blame Nina Dobrev....riiiight?
Because Plec said EXACT SAME THING abotu Katherine "oh well, we planned to kill her, but she gave such an awesome performance that we changed half the season".
The TVD writers really have trouble letting go. I long for the days where the bad guy was actually the bad guy and died in the end, no matter how predictable that used to be, much rather that than what they're doing with Klaus. I feel like Katherine's still redeemable, except for Homecoming, she's still MOSTLY a self-serving villian, who could be useful for the SL if she wasn't usef as a plot device. JP has sucked ALL the villian out of Klaus.
I am sorry but after S3 I can't see katherine as anything more but a second elena. no personality left there. just a steffie obsessed bland object.
Wow, first my twin is on hiatus and this thread
I actually was surprised. I don't know why though. I don't usually follow JP's interviews or anything about her for that matter, never really took the time.
