   I don't think she knows.

   And I am sure she wouldn't have slept with Damon if she knew.

   Yes, in episode 2x08 "Rose" she went to the Salvatore house and said to Stefan "Lexie once told me that your one of the good ones". Plus, she said to Elena too "A hundred years back a friend of mine tried to set me up with Stefan. She said he was one of the good ones, more of a sucker for the bad boys though"

   yes she know that lexi is dead but i don't think she knows who killed her. because when she told stephen that she knows lexi, stephen says "you knew lexi" which is a past tense. so I think she knows she is dead but not how or by who.

   I dont think she 'flipped the switch' because after Rose said something like "the truth is you cant really turn it off, only in the beginning." something like that.
