Forgive me if this was already asked and answered but i havent yet read through all the threads.
How was Katherine able to enter the Salvatore mansion? The house was transferred to Elena while Katherine was captive and Elena was with Damon in his room so she didn't invite her in.
Ure right on track and i honestly have no idea how she got in probably a writer slip up
That's a good question.
I agree with XxLuLuxX. Probably a fail from the writers.
no! it's because elena died and then came back to life! that's why katherine said "i though you were dead!"
Life is cut short. lol
She did die, but the whole purpose of Jon Gilbert's death was so that she could come back to life and still have her soul intact.
Isn't it that vampires can not enter a house who has living inhabitants?
Even though she died she is alive now so it should still forbid entry by a vampire, no?
I originally wondered if it was a slip by the writers but they put too much emphasis on transferring the house to Elena for it to be an error.
Just like Jeremy coming back to life, Elena has come back from the dead. We were lead to believe she remained human. She must have become some sort of supernatural being also. Thus removing the not being able to enter for vampires. Alaric, Matt, Carol Lockwood, and Seriff Forbes are now the only humans left.
at first i thought it was a slip but the writers are so good, it would be a bit weird if they didnt notice. i trust theres a good reason which will be explained in time - either its something to do with how she died and came back or shes not quite human anymore, like when buffy came back from the dead and spike could hit her without his chip going off
