I also think Caroline is much more loyal to her friends than she is to Tyler. Such that when something needs to be done even killing a person she would do it. I remember on the finale when she wanted to skip town with Tyler, she told him she could go with him after making sure her friends were okay. And how she lied to Tyler when they were still friends that she was the only vampire around. If it means liasing with Klaus for her friends she would do it. And the way she scoffed at Tyler's hybrid like it was his problem alone says a lot. Basically Caroline's life seems to go pretty smoothly even without Tyty around.Posted 12/4/2012 3:13:01 AM #

If Forwood is to work as a relationship I think the writers should show us why they need each other considering that they both seem fine without the other. It's because he shows up without his shirt and says something snarky which automatically makes him "cool" and awesome. Truth is he's a pathetic love sick puppy and selfish d-bag who doesn't give two shits about hurting his brother.

This is my biggest pet peeve regarding Forwood. Ever since Tyler hooked up with Caroline he lost all sense of identity and is basically Mr. Caroline Forbes now. He follows her around like a puppy and when she says jump, he says how high. And the one time he gets a SL outside of Caroline (unsiring hybrids) it's still ended up involving Caroline cause she had to lie to Klaus. Basically Tyler needs Caroline to breathe.
