- "The Vampire Diaries": We know that a couple of new characters are joining "The Vampire Diaries" early this season, but one person we won't be seeing in the first few episodes is Bonnie's love interest, Jamie. "Jamie hasn't shown up yet and we're four scripts in," executive producer Julie Plec tells us. "He's still a factor in our minds in that he still exists and they have a connection and a bond. We just haven't decided how much more to explore that. We're keeping it on the back burner for now."
All the remaining 4 bonnie fans can rage now, as she will remain an annoying plot device.

It really showcases on just how much is wrong with this show, lol.
Katherine is "out there soemwhere" because they have no fucking idea what to do with her now that they got annoying Becky duplicating the role.
elijah went all emo over elena being awesome and left the country or whatever for few episodes.
Everyone they have no fucking idea what to do with just disappears.
THe most hilarious has to be "bonnie grieving over her grandma.....OFFSCREEN".

Lol they just confirmed they're keeping Meredith as regular and that the season will have a bonus episode. 23 eps here we go
