TVD should take notes on how to develop there evil villains.
Rumplestiltskin is an evil villain that you love no matter what he does because hes just awesome. But he's not totally evil! When they showed us why he became what was and why with his son. We seen a slight human side to him develop and it's be done perfectly. Sorry don't want to get to detailed and spoil it for people who haven't seen this show yet.
Regina you love her and you hate her. Yet you feel she's been betrayed horribly by Snow white & I also felt bad for her the way her husband was speaking about his dead wife in front of her! You also feel that she really loves her adopted son and it hurts her that he doesn't think so.
Then you have these two against the town and each other! And I love watching these two go at it with each other.

I agree. As I said in the serial killer thread. OUAT did with Rumplestiltskin what TVD wanted to do with Klaus and succeeded.
You also feel that she really loves her adopted son and it hurts her that he doesn't think so.
I doubt she "loves" him, as Emma did catch that as a lie. I tink Queen WANTS to love him, she is desperately tryingt o have some sort of bond, feel something, but there's just nothing she could feel after her loss of her true love.

Your right! Remember that Emma did catch her in lie. But did Emma actually ackownledge that she lied? But it almost like she wants Henry to love her. Because she seems to try to make it up to him when she does something wrong.

It di dnot ened to be said. It was clearly the reason why she stayed.
But it almost like she wants Henry to love her. Because she seems to try to make it up to him when she does something wrong.
She wants to be happy and to have some sort of bond, be loved(aka the thing that was taken away from her by Snow White). She is just, litterally incapable to do so and does not know how.
Every time someone tried to connect to her, it litterally looked like she would emotionally break (like when Kathryn/Abigail called her a "friend")

going by newest sneak peek i am guessing Queen is trying to make snow white realize on what she did to her, to put her into the same position, to destroy her happiness by making her go through the same things that she went in the fairytale world.
