^Like everyone else i also think its a hallucination but it'd be awesome to have her back.and plz none of the vampires really act their age except Caroline.Look at the Salvatores, still fighting over a girl who doesn't deserve their attention, atleast Katherine was fun,Elena looks like a stick of wood and acts like it too.
I loved Hayley!!! And can she be like frenemies or something with Caroline? That would be awesome. Stefan annoyed me so much in this episode. everything about Elena lolololol...
I saw the promo before the episode, so in the last scene where Elena was freaking out, I thought that Katherine got inside her head to mess her up. But then I saw the promo again and they said that killing a hunter has consequences? sigh.. I think it would be awesome if Katherine was messing with Elena's head.
As for the cure stuff, Plec said that it's something so much bigger. Like when all we knew was that Katherine wanted a moonstone and the story behind it was bigger.
Anyway, I'm enjoying s4 so much more than s3 so that's good!
lol I liked Hayley too.
@Kitanishi you are wrong on all counts. . .
Anyway, because of the positive responce to this episode(OP) i decided to download and watch it. I was quite surprised. I haven't watched the other 4 episodes, but i have had an understanding of what have been going on due to reading about it here.
Elena was good. Finally she didn't get bossed around by the Salvatores. Well sort of not. Stefan forced control upon himself, vervaining Damon and stuff. Elena then choose to take action AGAINST Stefan's "orders". She actually saved the entire situation in the grill. Then later when she kills Connor. It was good until she started burrying him and when she said "You told me to kill him, so I did". That was stupid. I kinda hoped she would have stepped up to her actions, knwoing she did it to protect etc. etc.
Stefan was a douche. These people are big on trust, but i personally don't mind when Stefan plot behind everyones back. I like it even in S3 with the coffins, although it was a little vague. But it was the thing where he assumed what Elena's future should be.
Damon had an incredible little role in this one. But still, it was good. He didn't cry or spill his heart at any point, so bonus for that. Same goes for Klaus. He only talked a bit in this episode, and he has an awesome voice so it's good.
This April chick seems to either get a story or GTFO. Jeremy was boring as an emo(but then came Anna), and currently this chick seems like a more whimpy version of emo Jeremy. Matt was boring as he always had been. Bad actor as well, overplaying his scenes. For some reason he can never play it cool, he always has to put this wretched "emtionfull" face on in every scene he does.
I don't think this is the end of Connor. Not completly atleast. Maybe the actor won't return, but i believe Jeremy will find some of his stuff, and train himself in secret, using Connor's note and such at one point. This feels like an acutally interesting storyline for Jeremy, where he might split and take a stand from the group. I can't see the thing people make with Buffy and male slayers either. Sure it's somewhat similar, but it only makes sense, and it isn't Buffy unique. Also the thing with sexism because it is male hunters? Sorry but we live in more advanced time where that kind of forcible female empowerment isn't needed because we can think for ourselves. I am not saying what the writers and producers might think, and i honestly couldn't care less. Also i don't believe it was specified it was males only? Am i wrong? I saw a clip with the medival dude with the incredible hair and the other dudes as well. But this is in medival times. Ofcause the one who thought of this would pick 5 men in medival times. Women weren't fighters back then. Anyway, if it is male specific, i am wrong, but i still wouldn't care.
Caroline continues to be awesome. The "No, you don't tell me what to think!" line was awesome. More Caroline please. No creepy "triangle" stuff between Caroline-Tyler-Klaus. Did Tyler cheat? I am not to clear on that? Was it hinted in an earlier episode that he cheated? Anyway if he didn't, thank god, it would be lame if he did.
That's my 1.5 cents.
I too could not help but laugh at Hayley's comment about teen drama...considering this show's target audience.
Lol yeah.but i didn't get why Caroline got suspicious of her at once,i mean she just met her and started acting jealous. Its like she doesn't trust Ty-Ty at all.
Caroline getting suspicious at once was SO. FORCED. Come the fuck on.
Lol yeah i was like wtf you just met the girl and now you are suspicious.i don't blame Hayley for her reaction at all..This is sooo not a good way to re-introduce Caroline's insecurity issues.ugh.
