    Stefan is complicated - he is a blood addicted 160something vamp, he killed his own father, his best friend was killed by his brother and he's in love with the same girl his bro is for the second time in his life! That's def a vamp with issues. I hope season 4 brings poor Stefan better SL

    99% fictional vampires did and yet they managed to make it interesting. Boring.

     his best friend was killed by his brother 

    Which makes me sad for Lexie who was awesome, but not for wimp steffie fagatore.

     nd he's in love with the same girl his bro is for the second time in his life!

    Which is common with well...200% of all daytime and mexican soaps out there? Still boring.

     

     

    he is bland self-righteous gary stu, whose actions are always forgiven, who is counted as paragon of vampire righjteousness, who sobs every five seconds, never changes as a character, got his whole past(the only thing that could have been interesting and given him some depth) whitewashed by convenient addictions, compulsionsa and illnesses and who could bore a person by just standing there and sobbing

    Its like Plec took everything that was boring, awful and yawn-worthy about Angel in the very first btvs season and created a character with that. 

     

    If Damon is this stereotypical twilightish "misunderstood" emoboy mixed with traditional villains of the week from usual cop dramas, Steffie is a typical twilightish edward mixed with jersey shore teenagers.

    I have to agree with BN's Stefan analysis, Damon irritates the crap out of me, like I literally wanna throw the remote at the tv, but Stefan has reached a point where I couldn't care less. Every time he feels sorry for himself it just makes it worse. And unfortunately the love triangle isn't doing either of the characters any good, it's dragging them down to the depths of boredomville. I think you all know I'm not a Klaus fan, if I were only tuning in to watch a studmuffin, the muffin would be Kol. Luckily I do still enjoy most of the other stuff on TVD.
