Where's Dean Winchester? The threat of the Leviathans isn't enough to consider him a hero then how about stopping the apocalypse, demons, angels, etc.?

Jax Teller is a hero. He's always saving his brother's asses. He tries to do what is right even though its not always the legal way. He's a good person with a big heart.

SOA is one of my favorite shows, and i know that a lot of TV Fanatic users love it aswell, but Jax is not even close to the most heroic characters on TV. Just because you see the mention of your favorite show does not mean that you have to vote for it. Jax protects his wife, and a group of criminals. Gibs, and Carrie protect the country. And Clark Kent is SUPERMAN!!!!! he is possibly the most heroic character ever.

Ned Stark, Ned Stark. I love Game of Thrones. I am on the fourth book. Of course his heroics and integrity cost him his life........ Carrie from Homeland is great too.... but you guys overlooked Tyrion Lannister of Game of Thrones. He is also a hero. He defended Catelyn Stark's life even though she hated him and took him as captive just to name one of his heroic feats. Just sayin.......
