Sunday night’s episode of AMC’s “The Walking Dead” is entitled "Sick" – and there’s plenty of justification for that over its riveting 43 minutes.
It picks up right after the premiere’s abrupt cliffhanger: Hershel (Scott Wilson) is laying near death after being bitten in the calf by a zombie and having his leg amputated by Rick (Andrew Lincoln) in an effort to save him on the floor of the prison cafeteria. As the walkers swarm outside the cafeteria, trying to get in, the group discovers five figures hiding in the back of the room – five surviving prisoners.

It's been a long wait for fans of The Walking Dead, but the living dead are almost ready to return to AMC's Sunday nights. Only a week and half remains before the third season returns, with Rick and the group heading for the 'safety' of the prison. Well, not all of the survivors are headed for the scary concrete enclosure, Andrea is away from the rest of the pack trying to survive the woods with newcomer Michonne.
