Dean and Cas should have made this list.

Damon and Alaric's unexpected friendship very much mirrors another pair of dynamic duo who are sadly not on this list -- Dean and Castiel of Supernatural. Much like Damon/Alaric, Dean/Cas was not a duo chosen from the beginning, in fact, Cas wasn't even suppose to be in more than a few episodes but the palpable chemistry from that very first moment cinched what would become one of the most epic relationship. Like a star-crossed story of a vampire and a vampire hunter becoming the best of friends, we got an angel who rebelled against all of Heaven for one single man.

NCIS: Los Angeles Review: Blindsided!

Absolutely love this episode! Brilliant from beginning to end! As for Kensi and Deeks, honestly, I can see them going romantic or just stay partners and either would be perfectly fine for me. Obviously right now I don't think Deeks is actually talking or thinking about romance, but who knows, somewhere down the line there might be something in the future, that'll depend on how the writers want it to be, and if they can write it right, then I see no reason they shouldn't, Daniela and Eric have amazing chemistry. I gotta admit, I didn't see those twists coming, and I like you was quite surprised that Callen and Sam didn't fight it that hard, that should have been my first warning bell and Quinn trying to get too close should have been another! You know, it's the mark of an amazing episode when you get so caught up in the character story that you don't even see those twists coming until it hits you right in the face! I love it! :) This is what good writing is all about! Twists and turns that make sense but you're smart enough to cover them well enough that the audience doesn't realize it until it happens! Bravo for LA! I did love that in the end, Deeks' boss recognized that Deeks did find a family with NCIS, but still acknowledged that Deeks is still one of his boys, I thought that was rather cute and sweet. I gotta say, honestly, the show bringing on Eric Christian Olsen was probably one of the best decisions they did for the show because it certainly has made the show even better than before when he came on, the quality and perfect banter just soared! :)
