Count me as also in agreement with ViddWizard. The original concept of the show was the the humor would arise from the merry mix-ups in the relationship between two such different people. The show has been even better than advertised, not only because strong characters have been developed, but also because a realistic relationship has developed which has not become the central, single joke of just another romcom regurgitating the usual incompatibility plot lines. The most salient point is that the viewers want to see the nerds experience the occasional success mixed in with their various social failures. It creates hope for the future of all of them. I would rather see some bumps along the road of the couple growing together as only occasionally the main plot line of episodes. Breaking up the couple will be a fundamental failure in one of the principal attractions of the show.
