• NCIS Review: Mike Franks' Swan Song (5/11/2011)

  While I agree it was a tough episode emotionally, I figured out that Franks was dead and Gibbs was hearing him in his head throughout the show, I was shocked at how they let Franks die though, on the street in the rain? I love the show and all the characters.
