  Break up: Definitely Callie/Arizona - can't get passed the baby issue. If it were to do with someone else it would be Christina/Owen and their problems with Teddy. New Fling: I agree..Lexi/Jackson - they both need someone. But what would be even more awesome...bring Addison back and get her with Karev!! (rewatching S3 atm and they are so good together!) Game Changer: Grey's always goes out with a bang so I'm sure S6 will be no exception. Maybe a surprise return from izzie to get back with alex *wishful thinking i know*
