  Clearly, A has to be more than one person...each one of the girls has to have some one watching them at all times, but my guess is that Ali's not dead, but her twin, Courtney is. Or, maybe it's the other way around, but either way, one of them has to be involved because the only one that would know all of the girls' secrets would either be Alison or Courtney.
