Major Crimes Review: A New Game Plan (8/21/2012)OK so I just watched episode 2 of Major Crimes. There is nothing unique about this show. The characters from The Closer are blurring and fading under this new storyline. There was nothing satisfying about this show. I can't believe the writers, directors and producers are shucking a great opportunity of starting a series with a cast that had loyal viewers and rather than building on that muck it all up. And I for one don't want DEALS made with killers. If Taylor continues to expound on the amount of money being saved I'll scream and I live in California where we are broke. But this is TV. This isn't reality.
Major Crimes Review: A New Game Plan (8/18/2012)What I loved about The Closer was how clever Brenda's character was in getting a confession. I'm not sure I'll be as enthralled watching Raydor et all make deals. Raydor's constipated personality and manner aren't compelling and I'm not sure fostering Rusty is going to make her approachable and interesting. I agree, not accepting Raydor seems right, but the guys seem STIFF even Fritz. I hope the interaction between the guys won't change. I love the humor especially Prevenza & Flynn and how much trouble they get into together. And I can't imagine the relationship between Raydor and Taylor will ever be as entertaining to watch as Brenda and Pope's relationship. I didn't care for the show, but i hope it gets better. I want it to be as great as The Closer, which I miss.
