  LaRoche with his little white doggy was hilarious. As far as Jane and Lisbon go, he finally trusted her with the truth. Maybe it was desperation that he was in deep trouble but he told her something he was holding back. I think Lisbon has deep feelings of caring about him as a friend. Jane is obviously too messed up for a relationship with anyone right now. However, he trusts her probably the most out of anyone. I like seeing him realize he needs her friendship and help and as Hightower once told him, no one is better off alone.
