What he said was "think about it - me, you, in our own place", our own being the key words here. I think they do (or did - Cristina was alone with Callie at breakfast and Owen mentioned she wasn't speaking to him, so...) live together but also with Callie (and up to very recently, Arizona). So I guess the thing here was moving in together as adults :P as opposed to the fraternity-as-per-Meredith's-house environment...

An Owen/Cristina breakup is ok, as long as it is like past MerDer breakups, i.e. full of angst and longing and passionate looks AND (most importantly) it is clear that they love each other and they get to be together in the end. That I could deal with.
