  I agree that Shirley has been underutilized this season. I have a feeling she might be getting more time soon though, she has a bun in the oven, and she (and the show) can only ignore that for so long. The show just wrapped up Pierce's addiction story arc (or so it appears), so I'm hoping they'll be giving Shirley some more show time now.
