Hart of Dixie Review: Amazing Facts and Feats

I actually enjoyed the strife between Zoe and Wade, it means there is room for character development. You can tell that Wade is challenging her. Up until now Zoe hasn't had to work hard -her chemistry with George has been effortless. Wade fighting to be with Zoe, is good, but I think her dismissal is better. Wade has not been the most reliable or consistent character, in terms of his interactions with Zoe. I hope that the picnic is just the beginning of him really starting to take himself seriously because that is the only way that Zoe will. Getting back to Zoe's behaviour this episode, I think that's she scared of taking Wade seriously in case he really challenges George's seat in her heart. I mean George is a likeable and endearing character, it doesn't take much to warm to him. As for her immaturity I'd chalk it up to 'growing pains', it's not the prettiest thing to watch but I'm sure it's making way for something meaningful to be explored.
