Niall's appearance proved to be insignificant after this episode. He was simply banished. Killing him off would have been better, but sparing him does prove once more that Warlow is not all bad. Unless Niall reappears, his storyline- if that - was insignificant.
However, this episode is one of the best TBs i have ever watched .
Ben is Warlow, DUH. Everybody could see the fae hands of Warlow as he was crossing the portal in the very beginning of the second episode. It is exactly how fae hands look like, I am surprised how nobody noted this !
I don't understand why everybody is so afraid of Warlow. When he says Sookie is " his" , it does not mean he wants to kill her whatsoever. It might in fact mean that he just wants her to be his companion. After 5000 years, and him being a part fae, he understands more about both fairies and vampires than others. So I really think Warlow could have a less negative, and even constructive role in the season. The story lines are getting more complex, and more intertwined. I expect Warlow/Ben to either be summoned by Lilith who will end up recruiting all the vampires against the government - this should put an end to Bill's bad image as perceived by most vampires and most importantly by Eric and his "dynasty".
I agree that this can never be Warlow. Some light particles ( blue , as far i can tell ) appeared as soon as he disappeared in the car. The light made me assume he is a fairy, or least and definitely not a vampire. Also, it makes sense he is related to Jason and Sookie. Warlow is only connected to Sookie and he might sense her, if that, and definitely not Jason. While a fairy godfather could sense both of them, no ? Furthermore, the letters on the pact started sparkling, which suggests that the dude is related to the pact, and Earl Stackhouse particularly.
