I don't understand why everyone bashes Elena so much. Just because she isn't as fun as Damon, does not mean she's boring. That's her character and then if she were to act different, everyone would go crazy too. I think she's perfect the way she is. She is actually an extrememly strong and forgiving character, and most of the time you don't really see that in female lead roles. She's amazing just the way she is, and anyone who thinks otherwise is delirious.

Hmmmmmmm, well I have 3. When Katherine appeared out of no where, I almost died. The next one is when Katherine got out of the tomb, I was freaing out cause I thought she was gunna be stuck there forever, I went crazy! And lastly, when Anna and Vicki appeared, ohmygod. That was so crazy, Anna is hands down my favorite character and when I saw her, my jaw dropped and I fell off the couch I was sitting on. Amazing.

IMO, the show is way better. I feel like the books doesn't wow me enough, I mean they aren't bad, it's just the show is way better. More characters and better storytelling.
