i don't even know if she is trying to just ruin his political campaign or to really frame him for murder!!! i mean the girl is dead and if it was jealousy thing why send the guy you love to prison now that u have him for yourself?

Richmond is not the killer but Gwen is trying to frame him for that as to her Jealousy, i don't think she went that far as killing Rosie... but setting him up for it? no doubt!
