  jason. i know all about the theory of relativity and know that it is possible. i was laughing more at the fact that daphne just touched ando and was able to travel back in time to the exact time (and place) that hiro was. and was then able to travel forward in time, also with complete control, to the present day.

  just cancel it already.

  i used to love it but its just embarrassing now. it doesn't mean anything.

  i can't believe they have actually made this chapter worse than the last one

  i am not sure if time travel is impossible. time can certainly be slowed down so it isn't much of a jump to imagine that it can be sped up or maybe even reversed ( although i also find it hard to get my head around travelling back in time)

  actually thye did time travel quite well in season 1 and 2. i think because it was aciidental. ( hiro did it accidentally in season 1 twice as did peter in season 2) but when the characters have control over it, it just raises too many questions

  it just seems like this season i am being asked to ignore a lot.

  jeremy, if you are just offering them as possibilities then i apologise for maybe misreading your post. but i think that this is the main problem. we didn't have to make any excuses during the first season because it was very tightly written, no plot holes(or at least i didn't notice any, which kind of proves my point, in a way) and believable characters, which is important in a show like heroes. now it just seems like the writers will do anything thye think might be interesting without properly integrating it into the overall story, for example:

  what as the point of the eclipse? it didn't make any difference, it was just something that the writers built up in order to inject some drama, but then nothing happened.

  the same with the episode 'Villains'. why did hiro have to see visions of the villains, he didn't learn anything, and then he lost his memory of it anyway.(that episode was built up for ages but then we learnt nothing from it).

  sorry everyone, i know this supposed to be about 'Dual' but i am not the first person to go off topic.....

  P.S i did love heroes once, but find now that i have to make too many excuses. i certainly can't just ignore it if i don't find it realistic (when i say realistic, i know that this is not a realistic show, what i mean is that at least in season 1, the characters had real motivations and lives and weren't all acting out of character all the time)
